It is my second time at Gromada and I am equally satisfied. The position is excellent, the facilities are good, the breakfast is great and the personnel at the counter are always ready to assist.

Beautiful environment, great location with convenient transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even welcomed us with smiles when we checked in in the middle of the night. It's also excellent value for money, at around 200 per person per night. Highly recommend!

It is a solid, reliable Hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent—just steps from the main train station and close to shops and attractions. Rooms are clean, modern, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast offers a decent variety of hot and cold options which is a big plus. Service is friendly and efficient. Always a good choice!

Great location and a modern facility. Management of the bar/lobby venues is a bit unusual. I never had maid service for the four days I was there and there was no postings about "call for service" needs. Front desk personnel were great!

Left luggage facilities were used prior to checking in after 3:00pm which enabled City Tour Bus which commences close to the Hotel - Tourist information Centre in the Cultural Centre opposite the Railway Station

Highly, highly recommend! It's super close to the train station, and the breakfast is fantastic. The stay was very comfortable, and the price was great too. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Warsaw, this one is definitely the best. Plus, you can comfortably work downstairs at the front desk area.

A good idea was a soda water machine in the hallway. You could pour water into a bottle. There was only an empty bottle in the room. You filled it up as many times as you wanted :-) The machine had sparkling water, not still water.

Couldn't fault this airport hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room spotless and warm. Only quirk was I went to get a carafe of water from near the elevator, and the blind would raise when I took out the key card. This was a nice hotel with a great breakfast. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. Only drawback is that it is a little off the beaten path and you have to walk a bit to catch public transit. But I would stay here again on a future visit to Warsaw.

This hotel has a very modern vibe, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. They offer free luggage storage and a complimentary drink voucher. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room; it was standard but comfortable. The only slight inconvenience was the absence of a hot water kettle.

The hotel's shuttle service is very thoughtful. You contact the hotel in advance and get a code. When you arrive at the airport, find the corresponding taxi and give it to the driver for free. The room is quite large and the bed is very comfortable. The price is cheap and cost-effective.

As a site seeing tourist there in nothing of interest in walking distants around the hotel area but it is a 10 minute bus ride into the “Old Town” were everthing is happening.

It's rather old and the facilities are basic.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Arkadia Royal! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

Someone entered our room at 11 PM while I was sleeping due to a check‑in error made by the reception — an unacceptable breach of privacy and security. The next day, our room wasn’t cleaned, and only afterwards were we told about an unusual “green sign” procedure that was never mentioned at check‑in. Poor communication and avoidable mistakes ruined our stay.

One 23sq meter room to myself (Green Peace) I think. I could use a larger desk for doing work, but otherwise the room is great. Inviting decor, pillows that aren't too soft, large TV. It wasn't noisy either. I did not have time to try the restaurant below.
