It is a solid, reliable Hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent—just steps from the main train station and close to shops and attractions. Rooms are clean, modern, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast offers a decent variety of hot and cold options which is a big plus. Service is friendly and efficient. Always a good choice!

The hotel is centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the main train station. There are bus and tram stops near the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the bed is comfortable. (-) The breakfast is quite poor. It could be better

Great location and a modern facility. Management of the bar/lobby venues is a bit unusual. I never had maid service for the four days I was there and there was no postings about "call for service" needs. Front desk personnel were great!

Fairly convenient and short walking distance to Varso Tower but quite a distance from Old town. Staff are helpful however if they could smile more, they would look more approachable vs stern/ unfriendly. Room wise is good

It is my second time at Gromada and I am equally satisfied. The position is excellent, the facilities are good, the breakfast is great and the personnel at the counter are always ready to assist.

Beautiful environment, great location with convenient transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even welcomed us with smiles when we checked in in the middle of the night. It's also excellent value for money, at around 200 per person per night. Highly recommend!

A good idea was a soda water machine in the hallway. You could pour water into a bottle. There was only an empty bottle in the room. You filled it up as many times as you wanted :-) The machine had sparkling water, not still water.

The room was large, the breakfast was rich, and the coffee every morning was very strong. The location of the hotel is also very convenient!

Couldn't fault this airport hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room spotless and warm. Only quirk was I went to get a carafe of water from near the elevator, and the blind would raise when I took out the key card. As it was near bedtime I wanted the blind to stay down, not sure if this was only for my room, or all rooms in general. Laundromat is nearby, see attached map.

The rooms are of a decent size and comfortable and the food is also great. My only complaint is the rooms were ridiculously warm with no way are reducing the temperature. This hotel has a very modern vibe, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. They offer free luggage storage and a complimentary drink voucher. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room; it was standard but comfortable. The only slight inconvenience was the absence of a hot water kettle.

The hotel's shuttle service is very thoughtful. You contact the hotel in advance and get a code. When you arrive at the airport, find the corresponding taxi and give it to the driver for free. The room is quite large and the bed is very comfortable. The price is cheap and cost-effective.

While the hotel maintains a standard quality overall, my experience was marred by the disappointing breakfast service. The presence of just two staff members at the counter led to an incredibly long line, making the process of getting food quite frustrating.

I was late 30 minutes with shortening my time in the hotel and have right to one day refund and the manager didnt accept my refund to proceed. The stay was pleasant, the location is very good, but we were surprised because they don't make the beds in the rooms! They only clean the bathrooms and change the towels, nothing else!

At the reception they said that there is some "unwritten rule" not to check in with Russian passports. When we asked to show these rules, we were told that this was supposedly an instruction from the management. This is the first time I have had such a situation. Stayed the night before the flight. The room was clean, had a view of the airport,without the noise from it or the traffic from the street nearby. Parking was extra, I wished there was a sidewalk to main door, otherwise you are walking on the side street

This hotel was very clean and was so easy to work with. I booked a room the afternoon I was arriving, quickly organized the shuttle service from the airport and for my early flight the next morning. Soundproofing is missing. You can hear the neighbours talking in adjacent rooms. The restaurant is OK, though.

Nice hotel with a great, huge bathroom. The only downside was a) the noise of the planes, b) the shower was lukewarm rather than hot c) not much in the surrounding. Everything else was grand and the hotel Restaurant is recommendable.
