If you are looking for relaxation using Sauna/Pool, this place is recommended. Very clean and we loved so much. InterConti has a nicer view but they limit the visit to 1 hour. This place is unlimited use allowed. The restaurants were pricy though.

Incredible hotel with clean and well-maintained interiors. Additionally the room was equipped with a hairdryer, a kettle, an iron with ironing board. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a luggage room to keep luggage before/after check-in/check-out.

Beautiful environment, great location with convenient transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even welcomed us with smiles when we checked in in the middle of the night. It's also excellent value for money, at around 200 per person per night. Highly recommend!

Very good location !! It is close to the Old Town, and it is easy to pick up a rental bicycle or e-scooter. The hotel is clean. It was a shame that the vending machine wasn't working. Power outlets are far from the bed, so it is a good idea to bring an extension cord.

It is a solid, reliable Hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent—just steps from the main train station and close to shops and attractions. Rooms are clean, modern, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast offers a decent variety of hot and cold options which is a big plus. Service is friendly and efficient. Always a good choice!

Great location and a modern facility. Management of the bar/lobby venues is a bit unusual. I never had maid service for the four days I was there and there was no postings about "call for service" needs. Front desk personnel were great!

Highly, highly recommend! It's super close to the train station, and the breakfast is fantastic. The stay was very comfortable, and the price was great too. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Warsaw, this one is definitely the best. Plus, you can comfortably work downstairs at the front desk area.

A good idea was a soda water machine in the hallway. You could pour water into a bottle. There was only an empty bottle in the room. You filled it up as many times as you wanted :-) The machine had sparkling water, not still water.

The room was large, the breakfast was rich, and the coffee every morning was very strong. The location of the hotel is also very convenient!

Everything was so perfect, I was able to check in early which was a great help. My stay included breakfast but they offer late breakfast which was the only disappointment I had but overall it was amazing.

Couldn't fault this airport hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room spotless and warm. Only quirk was I went to get a carafe of water from near the elevator, and the blind would raise when I took out the key card. As it was near bedtime I wanted the blind to stay down, not sure if this was only for my room, or all rooms in general. Laundromat is nearby, see attached map.

The stay was pleasant, the location is very good, but we were surprised because they don't make the beds in the rooms! They only clean the bathrooms and change the towels, nothing else!

At the reception they said that there is some "unwritten rule" not to check in with Russian passports. When we asked to show these rules, we were told that this was supposedly an instruction from the management. This is the first time I have had such a situation. This hotel has a very modern vibe, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. They offer free luggage storage and a complimentary drink voucher. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room; it was standard but comfortable. The only slight inconvenience was the absence of a hot water kettle.

A luxury hotel for a budget price This hotel kicks WAY above its price level: the place looks and feels like a luxury hotel. Service is prompt and professional, the rooms are comfortable, well designed and the beds comfy, and the place has a very good restaurants that serves a VERY rich breakfast in the morning and then excellent meals for lunch and dinner.

Great hotel if you need to stay near Chopin airport. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again

The hotel's shuttle service is very thoughtful. You contact the hotel in advance and get a code. When you arrive at the airport, find the corresponding taxi and give it to the driver for free. The room is quite large and the bed is very comfortable. The price is cheap and cost-effective.

While the hotel maintains a standard quality overall, my experience was marred by the disappointing breakfast service. The presence of just two staff members at the counter led to an incredibly long line, making the process of getting food quite frustrating.

I was late 30 minutes with shortening my time in the hotel and have right to one day refund and the manager didnt accept my refund to proceed. I will defo not come back there. but reception was trying to help me as much they could. The hotel itself without a climate, simple, for this money you can find better.

I visited this place related to a meeting so ignore the rooms assessment. This hotel with meeting rooms is located somewhat outside the centre and therefore maybe undervalued. It's roughly 25 minutes from Warsaw Central Station and about 45 minutes from Chopin International Airport. Excellent hotel with great transport links. The tram stop nearby offers quick access to the Old Town and the train station. It's clean, quiet, and my window faced the courtyard. The price-quality ratio is perfect! There's also a good shop nearby with delicious fruits and vegetables.
