I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

Late review, stayed here in March 2025 during the shoulder season between Winter & Spring. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and had variety. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious and the hotel location was indeed strategic in the business district of Warsaw. It’s about a 5-10 minute bus ride to the Old Town & Central Station

I would have been very satisfied with the stay and the room if it hadn’t been for the low temperature in the room. Despite turning the heating up, it was still cold. The stay was on point and localized near important amenities

This was my second time staying here. The location is good, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, it was a bit noisy this time, and the soundproofing wasn't great.

The price of the breakfast varies all the times. The receptionist told me one price when I checked in and  the restaurant was about to charge me another amount which was way higher. I was surprised and disappointed. It affected my plan because of it. The service was not up to 4 star hotel standard.

The rooms are spacious and come with a separate disabled-access bathroom. The hotel breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. There's a small gym available for workouts. They also have a bar where you can enjoy a drink in the evening.

It was pretty good. There's a shopping mall right across the street, so it's very convenient for transportation. The breakfast was quite substantial, and they even had local specialty dumplings.

The place is supreme good, near the shopping mall and Warsaw Central station. Only took under 10 minutes walk to any station to take tram or bus to old town.

Convenient location - 25 min by bus from the airport. Room is clean and decorative. Steam generator, iron and ironing board are available for use on specific floors (the room near the elevator). Great selection of food at the breakfast. The room card was disabled two times during my stay - this issue was solved quickly, though.

Nice place in a very vibrant and diverse part of Warsaw. Located conveniently 10min from the airport. Service was good, breakfast dicious and room with enough space for 3 adults staying together. The hotel is nice, good location with friendly staff. However they have very noisy party on Saturday night, I couldn’t sleep till the party ended at 2am By the way, don’t use the downstairs ATM, which transaction charge is super high!

All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious. The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent. Good experience, the hotel room was clean, heated just perfect, no bad smells. Bathroom very clean also, hot water and great water pressure. Spacious room, good breakfast, good in room dining, has decent gym. Location is about 10mins walk away from city center. Daily house cleaning not great though because they don’t clean the floors. I stayed there for 2 weeks, I would expect them at least mop the floor once or twice during my stay, but didn’t.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. The hotel requires a complete renovation - lots of room interior elements needs replacement and also during my stay there was a problem with sewers (pump bursted out I was told). Therefore I had to change my room (but the reception staff was kind and helpful to arrange). Overall reception service excellent but the hotel itself not so great - plus breakfast is too pricy - 100 PLN per day.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

Great location and a modern facility. Management of the bar/lobby venues is a bit unusual. I never had maid service for the four days I was there and there was no postings about "call for service" needs. Front desk personnel were great!

WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

I booked a room at a higher rate so it allows cancellation. Then my son got sick and I tried to cancel but they got me with a fine print which said cancellation was only possible the day after I booked. I had not come across such ridiculous, policy entrapping customers. Will not consider Marriott again.

Everyone that worked here was super friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. 5 minutes from the airport and a short journey into the centre of Warsaw. The rooms were incredibly clean and large, with a small gym and sauna room that had a good amount of new equipment. Having a nice restaurant downstairs was also very convenient!
