The view is great and the location is good, but unfortunately that’s all. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was generally fine, but there were some cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bed sheets had visible stains, which was disappointing. In addition, the bathroom sink was a bit clogged and drained very slowly.

The hotel's location is excellent! It's very close to the Central Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, and the hotel itself is grand. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and they even provide filtered water. The breakfast was abundant and delicious!

We enjoyed the Hotel which is on one of the main Streets - but a bit further out from the City than we like. We had Supper which was tasty and Breakfast was VERY good - having a Chef made omelet and Breads/Cheeses - would recommend. As Laundry was expensive in the Hotel we used a 'Speed Queen' Laundry nearby (by Taxi) and then to City, Old Town which was super to walk around the Historic streets....

The rate for the Suit was with a such discount that equalled to regular room price. The suit was clean , big and looked very stylish. Even though we arrived at midnight and left at noon, we enjoyed our stay greatly!

A very good place to stay if you are flying the next day or have an overnight transfer in Warsaw. Frequent transfers to and from the airport making this hotel the best choice out of all airport hotels in Warsaw.

Pretty decent hotel close to airport and the best part is the cab service . I had lots of luggage and it was big enough to accommodate it plus the driver helped me in loading the luggage which was helpful

Fantastic rooms with a tastefully done decor. I was told rooms are sound proof, and we actually couldn't hear a thing so had a very comfortable stay. There's a kitchen area with everything required for basic cooking and heating. Breakfast is top notch and location is in downtown Warsaw. I would have been very satisfied with the stay and the room if it hadn’t been for the low temperature in the room. Despite turning the heating up, it was still cold. This was my second time staying here. The location is good, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, it was a bit noisy this time, and the soundproofing wasn't great.

Everyone that worked here was super friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. 5 minutes from the airport and a short journey into the centre of Warsaw. The rooms were incredibly clean and large, with a small gym and sauna room that had a good amount of new equipment. Having a nice restaurant downstairs was also very convenient!

Very nice hotel. All the staff was super friendly. It is very convenient to get to the Warsaw airport. We walked out of the hotel entrance and were at the Swiss Airlines baggage drop-off in about 2 minutes walking, with luggage.

We booked a room with two double beds for a family (3 adults) as we had a very early flight the next day. The location of the hotel was fantastic for our purposes - we were in airport departures within minutes of leaving the hotel. Due to my Marriott Gold status I got an upgrade to executive floor. Maybe need to mention that I had to ask if an upgrade is available. I stayed here twice and absolutely loved this hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff, everything is clean, nice scent in the lobby as you enter. The location is great, right beside the central train station and all possible public transport. There is a big shopping mall across the road, shops, restaurants, 24-hour grocery store. Any time I happen to be in Warsaw I'll definitely stay here again.

Great location, you don't even need to leave the central station to get into the hotel. It's right next to the largest building in Europe. The top sheet/blanket was a bit short, and the soundproofing wasn't great. You could hear every door slamming in the hallway. Breakfast was very good though!

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, and nothing has changed. The team is excellent, with impeccable service and attention to detail. The breakfasts are great, and the hotel restaurant offers delicious cuisine. And of course, the location is superb—everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Good experience, the hotel room was clean, heated just perfect, no bad smells. Bathroom very clean also, hot water and great water pressure. Spacious room, good breakfast, good in room dining, has decent gym. Location is about 10mins walk away from city center. Daily house cleaning not great though because they don’t clean the floors. I stayed there for 2 weeks, I would expect them at least mop the floor once or twice during my stay, but didn’t.

The room was clean and the location was great, making it convenient to get around. There are several outlets nearby, and Armani had some great deals. The breakfast here was very rich and satisfying, and the à la carte dinner was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. If I visit again, I would definitely choose Novotel Warszawa Airport.

I booked a room at a higher rate so it allows cancellation. Then my son got sick and I tried to cancel but they got me with a fine print which said cancellation was only possible the day after I booked. I had not come across such ridiculous, policy entrapping customers. Will not consider Marriott again.

I was here for 4 business days. Cody cocktail bar and the breakfast was really good! The room are big enough with a nice shower. Bed was good with two types of pillows. Modern and clean. The gym is good enough to train for a couple of days. They have also a separate iron room. Overall, a really good hotel.

This my third time staying here but this time I am slightly disappointed with my room. There is a strong odor coming from the toilet or shower drain area. Please impose mandatory sanitization to make sure there is no buildup. Also the fan in bathroom runs all night and there is no way to turn it off which is quite annoying.
