Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect, with many major attractions within easy walking distance. The breakfast was exceptional, offering great quality and variety. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return. Highly recommended

Booked here for my 50th birthday! Staff were amazing! Very clean hotel ! Spacious rooms! Great choice for breakfast! Central for everything!
There’s also a sauna/ steam area! Also booked in for a massage! This was absolutely brilliant x

A solid 2.5/3 star hotel. But some things really need improving and it could’ve been great!
Negatives:
- Dark and dingy reception area
- Staff working on reception in hoodies
- Receptionist playing hiphop/rap on an old laptop in reception when I arrived
- No bathtubs in rooms
- Finlandia Vodka glasses used for water glasses in room (tacky)
- Thin walls and noise from neighbouring room
- Minimal bathroom amenities
- Nobody working in the bar at 930 pm
- Second night strong smell of petrol in my room all night
- Excessively loud and intrusive fire alarm system in rooms loud speaker on room-wall?!? The test went on far too long, too loud inside rooms and staff had no idea how long it would go on for…

- Generally clean

The shower had poor water pressure and the soaps smelled too masculine for our taste.
Great location tho! Near christmas market and WW2-museum! Much to see in Gdansk and all with small walk apart from the hotell!
The customer service was good and the breakfast was very tasty! Something for everyone!

I had another great stay here and chose this Hotel as a base for visiting the Christmas Market after a business trip. The room was great and the staff are super helpful. Domenika is lovely and she even gave me a small fan heater because the room was a bit chilly. The Captain's bar is only open at the end of the week and weekends but had a good gin and tonic before going to Fellini's for a sumptuous dinner. Highly recommended, again!!!

First time to Gdansk
Location was good. Approximately 10 min walk to Christmas Market area. We visited the Second World War Museum. Again approximately 10 mins walk away. A must visit if you're in to that. Free on tuesdays!! Maritime museum free on wednesdays.
Breakfast wasn't very good for us. Hardly any choice of warm food, not even toast. Ample continental food. That was the only thing that let the hotel down for us.
Cleanliness was good. My only gripe with the eco side of things was, they changed towels even when you had asked them not to. And, the rooms were very hot during the night.
Bed was comfy apart from the pillows. Everyone is different when it comes down to pillows.
Complimentary bottles of water were left daily.

Hotel is well situated in the town. With easy walking access to the main attractions.
a nautical theme. A good sized bathroom & bedroom. Was clean, well kept and cozy stay! Nice and warm.
Staff are wonderful & kind, & easy to speak to. Which really added to my stay. Overall I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Good hotel in a good location, clean and quiet. A good bed and everything you need at breakfast.
It would be good to have a coffee machine in the hotel lobby if you wake up early so you can have coffee or tea if you don't feel like cooking in the room.
