Stunning hotel and in a great location. Easy access to the town square. The breakfast had a great variety and I loved that the eggs were made for you. We arrived 3 hours early for check in and the lovely guy (sorry can't remember his name) took our bags for us and provided directions to the shopping centre. Everything is in a short walking distance. My room was lovely and warm, shower was great and absolutely no complaints whatsoever .

Cannot recommend. The amenities are lacking for this price, pillowcases had ripped edges, towels had ripped edges apart from being small and super thin. Spa is very small, has a great view but no one is manning the wet floor which is extremely slippery - seen multiple people fall during my stay, including me. Additionally, you're not informed if the room service is not possible or limited due to an event at one of their restaurants which was very disappointing.

★★★★★

Hotel Bristol Tradition & Luxury is a rare kind of “city hotel” that actually delivers on the promise of being in the center of everything. You’re right by the Rzeszów Market Square (Rynek), and the building is set up in the best possible way: two entrances: one from Kopernika Street and one straight from the square - so you can move between the hotel and the Old Town in seconds.

The restaurant (Folk) is a highlight and, honestly, a reason to stay here even if you’re picky. It overlooks the Rynek from a balcony/viewpoint, so the atmosphere is built-in: warm, cozy, alive. The food is superb - rooted in regional Podkarpacie tradition but done with real finesse (not the usual “hotel restaurant” compromise).

The rooms feel properly luxurious: quiet, beautifully finished, and genuinely comfortable. And the bed… best bed I’ve ever slept in. Deep, perfect sleep.

A final detail I appreciated: this place has the scale and facilities of a flagship hotel (including an on-site SPA and even a restaurant brewery downstairs), but it still feels intimate because of how it’s integrated into the Old Town.

Absolute recommendation.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had a very good experience, which is why we decided to return. However, this time the room we received (booked through Booking) was noticeably worse than the one we previously booked directly through the hotel’s website.

The room on the 5th floor did not feel like a 5-star standard. The bathroom looked more like a small temporary add-on rather than part of a proper hotel room, with cold stone flooring and an inconvenient layout. The curtains didn’t close properly, so we asked for assistance. The staff offered to change our room, which we appreciated, but after a full day of travelling we were too tired to move again, so we ended up fixing the curtains ourselves with a binder clip.

There were also several small but important details that did not match a luxury hotel. The slippers were extremely poor quality and tore as soon as I put them on. The hairdryer was very small and not practical, more suitable for a budget hotel than a 5-star property. Additionally, for three guests we received only two tiny water bottles (around 200 ml each), which felt insufficient for even one night.

Another issue was communication at check-in. We spoke to the staff in English, as we do not speak Polish, but they continued responding only in Polish. Since we had stayed here before, we managed, but for a 5-star hotel this felt unprofessional and not welcoming.

Breakfast was fine overall, but the coffee was surprisingly poor for a hotel of this category.

In summary, while we still like this hotel and know it can offer a great stay, this visit did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star property. We hope management pays more attention to room consistency, amenities, and guest communication.

Very impressive hotel, everything is thought out. And I definitely recommend this extremely interesting place with delicious food, cozy rooms, open-air spa and wonderful breakfasts to everyone.
Now about the two stars that I put.
Be careful with ordering in the restaurant, we ordered food and white house wine on Friday from the waiter Szymon, but he chose wine for us for 90 euros without providing a wine menu and without providing information about prices. Since the restaurant has a selection of wines for 25-35 euros per bottle, he choose himself one of the more expensive for 90 euros, thank you not 200 euros.
I know that the waiters have a percentage of the sale of wine, but it was unpleasant and overall the mood from the Bristol Hotel is unbeatable, since it is not right to do such tricks in a 5-star hotel, it left a residue.
Therefore, be careful when relaxing in the restaurant of the Bristol Hotel.

Very nice hotel, but with a strange maze like configuration. It's almost like one of those breakout rooms. Lots of corridors, staircases and atriums in all directions. Certainly keeps it interesting. The rooms are very nice and the buffet breakfast is about as good as you'll find anywhere. The attached bar and restaurant on the town square side is enormous with excellent bar staff. Certainly enjoyed my three days here.

Bristol is a wonderful hotel. Very quiet, thick walls, you will think you are the only one in the hotel. Rooms are superb, clean, new, great dark out curtains, the bedding is fresh and new. The co-located restaurants are top notch. The breakfast was my favorite part of the day, European specialities and all the coffees you could want. Press your own juice. The gym is good sized for a hotel, has enough to keep you on your program with minor mods. Overall, you can't go wrong with the Bristol.

The hotel was far from five stars. I was immediately disappointed when I got out of the taxi and realized there was no one to assist with our luggage. The room was small and felt like it had been put together haphazardly. The tub was dirty, and one of the bottles of water was already open. The windows were actually locked doors, and while you could see the roof area, anyone could also peer into the room, which gave off a very uncomfortable, creepy vibe. The elevator made a terrible grinding noise when it stopped on the 6th floor, and getting there was a bit of an adventure—it required passing through the middle of the Folk restaurant. I definitely should've stayed at the Grad Hotel. To top it off, the lady at the front desk was awful.

If I could give this place 0 star, I would. I have traveled abroad and stayed at many locations around the world and this is by far one of the worst places I have been. For starters , it is false advertisement. This place is maybe a 2 star hotel. Certainly not 5 stars!! We knew when we pulled up and there was no one to help us get our bags inside and up to our room that it wasn’t luxury as advertised. The room was complete trash, broken tiles on the floor. No privacy for the bathroom and the shower and toilet were literally RIGHT next to each other ! The bathtub was dirty and had hair all in it ! Some of the lights didn’t work- There was little to no space for our belongings to be put up - there were two doors in the room and one was welded shut . PLEASE NOTE : this is a PREMIUM SUITE- We got a room with a balcony- the balcony was the roof top and where people could look right in our windows ! The curtains weren’t long enough to even give us full privacy!! Let me not forget to mention the terrible design and layout of the hotel. We had to go to the 3rd floor through the restaurant get on another elevator and then go up to the 6th floor to our room where the only fire escape was to go on the roof. There were no stairs from the 6th floor. I brought my concerns up and how I wasn’t happy with the room or service to Gabriela at the front desk and she was extremely rude and kept working . I told her she proved my point because she didn’t acknowledge me ! She then said I’m sorry while she went on with her work not offering to help or wasn’t sincere in the least bit -
She’s cold as ice and has no personality. She shouldn’t be in the service industry. I could’ve over looked the accommodations and the room being awful if the people were kind. I will never return to this hotel nor this city.

Great location, very nice decor, luxurious spa, excellent service and comfortable bed however cannot give rooms 5 stars due to lack of proper lighting and no normal sockets in bathrooms. Most Women do their hair in bathrooms rather than bedrooms and we need sockets to plug in our hair curlers, straighteners, etc. We do make up in front of bathroom mirrors and for that we need good lighting. Please do smth about it.
