I liked the hotel very much! Friendly staff, swimming pool and sauna. Nearby there is a supermarket. To the ocean 10 minutes walk. Beautiful panorama from the balcony, you can see the ocean and the volcano.

Staff very friendly and supportive. Easy location, facility to park. Great Gymnasium.

My only complaint was that I found the scrambled eggs strange, at least not like I'm used to eating them that way; maybe they're made with liquid egg or egg white, I'm not sure, but apart from that everything was excellent

It was my first time at this hotel, I went with my 4-year-old son and it was excellent, very pleasant, with an excellent breakfast with a lot of variety

It could have a little better breakfeast. And also free park inside the hotel. But overall it´s the best price quality you can have in all island.

Beautiful size room and always very clean. We received a free bottle of wine with our stay. We also had to check out before 7:00am, so we were provided breakfast to go. Would definitely stay there again

Room was great, spacious & comfortable. Excellent location & loved the balcony view- perfect for the sunrise over the water. Breakfast was abundant & tasty.

The room and staff were excellent, as well as the l9cation. The only downside was the traffic and street noise, but its in a city.

Amazing location! We felt like royalty staying here! The staff are very friendly and professional, and there was all kinds of little perks we didn't expect, like turndown service, a complementary pastry and drink tray and amazingly comfortable rooms

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location was great, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Our rooms were even ready for us when we arrived early in the morning which we appreciated after an overnight flight

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are clean, beds are so comfy, the bar was great, restaurants were awesome. We went swimming across the street in the harbour…in December!! It was great overall

I love this hotel. I stayed there during a layover and it happened to be New Year’s Eve. My room was upgraded so I had view of the fireworks over the harbor.

Also very close to all that Ponta Delgada has to offer, would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Hotel with good location. The rooms are good and the breakfast is very good.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice but would be better to have more diversity. The issue were the cards to open the room. Had to ask reception to charge cards at least once a day. Thank you :)

Great hotel Great Hotel to explore Ponta Delgada and the island. Has a large parking spot and is also near to a mall where you can get all the things for your day trips.

Breakfast is excellent with variety of hot and cold options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Champagne was offered for my friend's birthday. The room was kept clean daily. Just wish the mattress was a bit former

The staff were wonderful and the property is nicely appointed. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, the included breakfast was yummy. The hotel is situated overlooking the marina so it is picturesque and walkable to town.

Excellent place to start your island adventures. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. The spa was definitely worth it. I think breakfast was a favorite with the variety and delicious choices

We only stayed 1 night during a stopover but the staff went out of their way to help us see a little of the area in the little time that we had

The chef will make any kind of egg you want. They offer help with activities and are incredibly helpful and friendly

The indoor pool was very good, but the water was colder in the last 2 days. One or two employees in the restaurant could be a little more friendly

The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants

Very peaceful, with a pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, and the added bonus of providing towels for use both in the hotel and outside, on the beaches or in the thermal baths, which can be changed whenever necessary

The pool didn't have hot water due to a problem, they knew this but didn't notify us before booking and it was the main reason for choosing the hotel, the sauna was cold, one of the showers didn't work and the Turkish bath only when I was leaving did I realize there was a button to turn it on

I don't think it's right that they require a cap for the pool but don't indicate it when making the reservation.

This place was really fantastic! The check-in is a bit late, but has a large waiting area on the 1st floor with plenty of sofas. The pool bar is just around the corner where you can grab a bite and refreshment

Bright, clean, affordable, lovely pool, breakfast is included with the room, parking is available right outside the hotel at about. ($20 US overnight) - rough estimate

ordered a veggie burger at the pool bar and they gave me a beef burger, which I took a bite of not realizing it was beef - i haven’t eaten meat in over 10 years so that was not a pleasant surprise

I highly recommend this hotel for the lovely and welcoming reception staff and the huge rooms! We had a big bedroom, a hall, a bathroom, a large balcony and a separate lounge/diner/kitchen

Sao Miguel is an amazing place and the Antillia hotel was an excellent base for our explorations of the island. Restaurants, museums,the harbor, other meeting points were all walkable

10 minutes from the airport by taxi. There is a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, you can warm up after a cool winter walk. The staff helps with organizing excursions, it's great

Quiet in the off season. Clean rooms but very dated. The pool area was also dated, but the continental breakfasts made up for everything lacking. Very delicious food with an excellent selection.

This is a refurbished older building that was modern inside with a few touches of the past in the lobby area

It was very convenient for catching tours that met you just at the corner of the street as the streets themselves are too narrow for the vans. The breakfast buffet was terrific with many options

The staff are very warm and friendly, there is a parking pass available to rent, there is free breakfast, they offer a birthday cake delivered to room to celebrate a bday, and the view is amazing

We had a junior suite which had a large balcony and a fantastic panaramic view of the harbour. On arrival we were welcomed and checked in speedily and found our room beautifully presented

Great location. Great apartments overlooking the harbour. Very clean. Parking is quite expensive though and you can't smoke on your balcony.

I spent a week at Hotel Talisman in the off-season during Carnival week, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location in the heart of Ponta Delgada is hard to beat

The hotel sits within a pedestrian-friendly zone, which makes walking around town easy and enjoyable without worrying about heavy traffic. The marina, restaurants, shops, and historic streets are all just steps away

There are also souvenir shops with gifts and sundry items you might need, a full grocery store just a block away, and even an ice cream shop a couple of blocks toward the waterfront

The whole experience was a pleasure, 12 days of heaven. From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the Hotel and the quality of the food at Palm Terrace we got the full service

Even during Carnival week, the area felt lively without being overwhelming, and staying downtown made it easy to enjoy the festivities while still having a quiet place to relax

The staff was so welcoming. The pool was divine. The breakfast was delicious. What a beautiful spread! Our room, Graciosa, was perfect for us. We would happily return to Quinta de Abelheira!

It is also not too far from the airport - but no restaurants/stores in walking distance (or I didn’t see any) and a car is a must to get around. Pool had a good enough temperature. Thank you again! It was a lovely stay

Bed was firm, and wooden frame and furniture added to the decor and style. This was a room in the upper part of the hotel, exit the balcony and you have a view of the ocean. Big tv and lots of move channels

We were there during the Christmas holiday, and there were only a few other guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had family in two different buildings and the rooms were perfect

Tips for improvement: Add another shelf in the bathroom under the sink to store amenities. And definitely get a separate shampoo and shower gel dispenser - an all in one doesn’t say classy

Breakfast selection was pretty much the same daily, but it was really good and extensive. And next to it is a lounge where one can sit in a tastefully decorated room and enjoy the view

Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here

We stayd over a week here and really dont see a point been in any other hotel if you want to be in good location, Hotel is near airport so short trip (bolt costs 5-8euros depending on the time and how busy), easy walk to the Ponta Delgata capital

Hotel has few pools inside and outside, but the swimming hat is manditory (no surprise must be a lot of hair) you can buy one for few euros at the hotel

Staff was nice every time we needed something, only complaint I have really was the Nescafe Cupsolo coffee machines at breakfast, only one out of three worked the other two was consistenly broken and seemed like they wasnt doing anything about that because the same machines were on every breakfast with same issues (not giving coffee or just giving water/ water tank not regonized) that is a small thing...

Huge thank you to the front desk staff, manager, and housekeeping for making our experience so amazing! This was our first time in the Azores, and our first time travelling with a baby, and the quality of the service we received really made it stress free and enjoyable from the beginning to end

We stayed at the Azoris Royal Garden for 6 nights as two adults and a 5 month old infant. Not only were we accommodated to check in early, we were quickly provided both a crib and bathtub insert for our little one
