Pretty nice hotel. Room is big and equipped with all the essentials in bathroom such as soap z shampoo also hair dryer. Small fridge and some of wardrobe space. TV with usb port althoguhg looks bit old but works. Missing balcony is a downside.

We appreciated the help at the front desk. All the staffs were very professional especially Jason. They all are very courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much as there were a variety of food and drink selections.The kitchen staff and servers were very helpful as well. Our rooms were kept very clean each day.

This aparthotel was very clean and updated. Staff at front desk were very helpful if you needed something. Breakfast room was nice and food was excellent. We had a two bedroom ocean view which was quiet, clean and had a nice view of the harbor. The sofa bed was sized for small children so they needed to provide us with a rollaway bed for my adult son. Had a great five night stay. At check in we were greeted by Elsa and Alexandra at the reception desk. Both of these ladies are true ambassadors of the hotel and the island. Stressful - as per *******, check in ends at midnight and to contact the property if you will be arriving after midnight. From Lisbon I messaged the property, they were very prompt to respond that their desk is manned 24/7 so I didn’t have to stress. We parked on the street - cheap and easy. Very well located hotel in the center of the city. Everything is within walking distance for a day of exploring. The staff was very helpful as we arrived early and got the room. The breakfast is good, you can even make yourself a warm sandwich. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was good.

Typical continental breakfast. Smallish rooms but we got moved to a handicapped room which was very nice. Natalia at the front desk was more than accommodating and extremely helpful to us!
