We stayed the first two nights of out two week holiday in the Neat Hotel. We were early arriving but our room was ready so we were able to check in, which was great. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the hotel was the lovely smelling air freshener, which gave a good first impression. I been to Ponta Delgada Azores few time, first time stayed at Neat Hotel Avenida the location was great and convenient at the centre of downtown! I checked in very late and the reception staff excellent friendly, room is clean, near by have a lot cafe’s and restaurants! I will come back to stay here again, obrigada

Excellent hotel. A little out of the center, but not too far, and quiet. Delicious breakfasts, modest, but had everything I needed. The room was clean.

Not a bad hotel, but you can hear all the planes taking off and landing!!! There is no soundproofing!!

Cozy, quiet hotel. Very helpful staff. 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. There is a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, you can warm up after a cool winter walk. The staff helps with organizing excursions, it's great. I would like more variety at breakfast, but you won't go hungry. Thank you for your hospitality 🤗

5-star service, the entire team, reception and breakfast lady. Great location, cleanliness ok, good breakfast... with variety.

Helpful staff, great location, very clean, internet works well, comfortable seat, bed and desk. The breakfast was quite good. Only around 10 minutes by taxi to the airport.

Super nice and friendly staff! Had an issue with my flight so my stay was shorter than booked. The lady at the desk told me to contact Booking so I would be refunded for the day I did not stay. Room was clean, bed is too soft (personal opinion and common complain from me) and the window seem to not close properly, so some noise from the street could be heard.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional—they truly made the experience feel personal and warm. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the tight underground setup, but the staff stepped in right away to assist, making the whole process much smoother than expected...

This small hotel (30 rooms) in the centre of Ponta Delgada (Azores) has his own garage for free and free WiFi. Everything is nearby this hotel, (also the harbour and restaurants). The rooms are very quiet, and the bathroom is clean. Really friendly people are helping you at the reception and the continental breakfast was good - besides that there is a good supermarket in the same street.

Nice rooms, simple but good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff, they even got us a breakfast to go bag at 4:45 in the morning!

The hotel is right in the centre and lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel was spotless and very clean and the staff are so helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Canadiano - Urban Nature Hotel

We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious with balconies, well equipped and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower very efficient. Breakfast had a good choice and was well stocked. Location wise it was a little further to walk than some hotels but that wasn't a problem for us.

Well-located hotel with free parking. In-room tea kettle and refrigerator are available. There's a balcony with a table and chairs. Decent bathroom with soap and lotion. No frills, but a great full breakfast and friendly staff. Towels are provided so you can take them outside so you don't have to use the ones in the shower.

The management is a bit chaotic. Remember to keep receipts for any fees you pay to prevent employees from charging you twice.

Coming back from the other islands, we needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight home the next day - this was the perfect place! The staff were so kind and helpful, and checked us in quickly! They also recommended nearby places we could go for a late dinner which was helpful. Such a great value for a place that is a mix between a hotel and Airbnb! Having the included breakfast made the morning...

Staff was very helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Location was a little awkward to get to and awkward to get out of but that’s also what Ponta Delgada is like. bed was very comfortable. Washroom was clean.
