They didn’t find 2 in shop hotel ! But it’s a SPA hotel !! Sauna is not working!! Saturday and raining like hell outside!! Water in pool very cold. We choose the hotel also for this

We stayed for race in Estoril autódromo and it was very convenient and pleasant to stay in the hotel and have dinner with friends and colleagues. Always good service and nice personal

Absolutely loved our stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. The rooms were clean and spacious and was always tidy on our return

Housekeeping was not as attentive as they should be - did not refill toiletries; left a bottle of cleaner on the table after housekeeping; did not clean the mud on our balcony after a rainy day, turndown service came so late that we thought they weren’t going to come and got ready ourselves

We had high expectations given this is a Michelin three-key hotel and operated by Ritz. The guest experience coordinator also reached out to asked about our preferences prior to the stay

We did enjoy the breakfast, monastery tour and the port opening ceremony in the lobby (although I wish we were told about this when I asked the staff what activities the hotel had - they responded none)

Regis, JW Marriott, EDITION, W Hotels — and this one is truly the best of them all. The property is stunning: beautifully maintained grounds, a gorgeous golf course, and spacious rooms with a modern, luxurious feel

Overall Summary: First-class ocean view pool, second-class room facilities, third-class breakfast. Firstly, the hotel is right next to the Atlantic Ocean, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean and the fresh sea air

The pool is also huge, a saltwater pool, definitely worth experiencing. The only problem is that the Atlantic water is too cold 🥶

The room is old, but the location is amazing, the balcony faces the Atlantic Ocean. The swimming pool and outdoor restaurant are great

The room facilities are somewhat average, and the breakfast is not up to four-star hotel standards. Especially when it's crowded, the coffee machine often runs out of water and milk, making the experience less than ideal

The breakfast is monotonous, judging by the previous experience of visiting other hotels, it is like that everywhere. They gave us water only once 😐 I really want to return to this hotel with a better view)

The property is beautiful and just a 13 minute walk into the center of town. Many of the important sites are within walking distance. For those who prefer an uber at any time, please note that they were easily available

We took one from the train station just a short ride away. Additionally there is a bus available to help you access the parks that way. The breakfast room is open and overlooks beautiful plants and trees

The only thing to understand before booking is that it’s a charming converted mansion so sound proofing may not be the best and some rooms might feel a bit tight, especially if you’re a larger person

This place truly felt like staying in a palace. With wine and cheese hour each evening and live traditional Portuguese music one evening we really enjoyed it. Would stay here again instantly.

We had a wonderful stay at Sintra Marmòris Palace. From the warm welcome with wine for the adults and juice for the kids, we felt immediately at home

The rooms are only 30 and they are small 16-20 meters, so it is uncomfortable to live here for a long time. But a large bed and excellent service make up for the inconvenience. book the best rooms in advance

The hotel's suggestion made me walk for over half an hour before visiting Pena Palace, drenched in sweat and extremely anxious, fearing I'd miss my slot! She then demanded another 10 euros to get me to the hotel, and even showed that her tuk-tuk battery was low, meaning she wouldn't go even for extra money! When I checked in, I clearly asked the front desk if it was okay for me to leave Pena Palace at 9 am the next day, as my slot time was 10 am

They told me to go to the taxi stand at the National Palace in town. So, I hurriedly walked 5 minutes downhill (slippery, I almost slipped) to hail a taxi, spending 20 euros to barely reach the Pena Palace entrance

We weren't expecting the room to be serviced after the first night on a two night stay, but it was, unasked, including setting up a drying rack for the clothes we had washed and hung the night before

The charming owner is a fantastic n very friendly gentleman. The house n room are very clean n very quiet too. Can make our own breakfast from the sharing kitchen n a personal fridge

We loved staying here. The owner was very accommodating and kind. Will definitely stay here again!
