We stayed for race in Estoril autódromo and it was very convenient and pleasant to stay in the hotel and have dinner with friends and colleagues. Always good service and nice personal. Thank to Mariana, Andre and Aderito for being very kind and making our dinners always pleasant.

We had a great time early September 2025 as a family. The hotel staff were polite and ran a good operation. We would like to particularly thank Mariana and Andre at the restaurant who were careful in assisting us with our son's allergies.

People in service very kind Hotel is old and not well equipped. We reserved 1 big bad and received 1 small attached. Pillows to sleep had a horrible smell of rotten and moisture. I asked an iron and desk to iron. They give me the iron very dirty and scratched. Desk was all dirty will all colors existing. I paid 300 euro for massages. Penha Longa is situated in a beautiful area of Sintra. The rooms are really comfortable. The facilities are perfect and theres so many places to explore on the property itself. For me, the staff is the most memorable part. All of the staff members are friendly and welcoming. The food is nice and varied. Go in the winter time for the best prices

Everything about my stay was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The grounds are enormous and one can literally lose oneself walking in nature around the golf course. There are five great restaurants on property. And the location, midway between Centra and Cascais is perfect.

The hotel faces the Atlantic Ocean and has an excellent location. From the balcony of the room, you can directly enjoy the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean, which is particularly pleasing to the eye. We had a wonderful stay at the Lawrence. The bed was the most comfortable out of all our stays so far in Portugal. From our check in to breakfast it was perfect. The young lady at breakfast was a delight and had many great suggestions.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Such a charming place. Location is very convenient and quiet. Would love to stay there again one day. I was in the tea room which is a ice the main desk. It was lovely but there is a bit of noise early from the desk if someone is looking to sleep in. I had an early start so it was fine for me.

The hotel is poorly maintained in some areas and in need of restoration. The staff is friendly and attentive, the breakfast is nothing extraordinary, and there is very little information about what the hotel has to offer. Parking was very difficult to find. In short, it is not worth the price charged, but the stay was pleasant.

Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Location close to Sintra train station. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. It was good for a one night stay. Breakfast was basic, average quality food. It would be better to have breakfast in some local bread shop.

Everything was great. The location was walkable to all attractions and the staff and breakfast were wonderful. Bed and bedding were good. The only thing to understand before booking is that it’s a charming converted mansion so sound proofing may not be the best and some rooms might feel a bit tight, especially if you’re a larger person.

We had a wonderful time at Marmoris palace. We had a private elevator to our room and room was so luxurious! The view from the room was amazing! Lots of peacock around! Service was awesome, breakfast was good! They serve free wine as well! Would definitely go back to this place!!

Our hosts for this property were a father and son team. This little boutique hotel has been in the family since 1946 and their pride of ownership shows everywhere. The breakfast was perfect. God location Good location. The rooms are fine, nothing spectacular but well maintained. We paid for breakfast, it was average and you needed to pay extra for items such as fresh eggs. It started too late for us to have the second day (8am). Good reception staff.

Loved it. Very welcoming but the website needs to be updated. There is no bar, no room service and no free breakfast so for that reason, I could only give it a 4 star. But Helena was amazing and the property itself was super peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend it.

Quaint place Friendly staff.

Extremely friendly staff and owner made us feel like family. We weren't expecting the room to be serviced after the first night on a two night stay, but it was, unasked, including setting up a drying rack for the clothes we had washed and hung the night before. Clean self-service kitchen. Very charming.
