The reviews are real! This hotel is really2 good. Im going to list down the things that are important to me. Ample basement parking space. Small grocery shop and laundry opposite the hotel, just a very short walk.All the staff greeted me everywhere, and attended to me fast. Comfortable bed/pillows and sufficient towels/toiletries. During breakfast, to order eggs, just tell the server and they will write down the order and send it to your table. Also I observed some really innovative stuff. Like hidden fridge and washing machine inside the kitchen cabinet. Cabinets which are flushed into the wall, not taking up space. Using pump bottles for soap, shampoo and conditioner. Using paper packaging for toothpaste! In future i think i will just look out for Ibis hotels. Was really satisfied. Thank u!

He consistently provided warm and enthusiastic assistance, which significantly enhanced the quality of my stay. Thank you for having such a dedicated and professional team member.

Location is excellent. Amenities are satisfactory. Hotel is clean. Restaurant staff are friendly. Room service staff are polite and do their job perfectly. Staff at reception desk and uncooperative. I just want to mention one incident. Three hours before check out I told them that I will be checking out on time , but I may need half and hour or one hour at most to pack my things. The lady said I have no problem. Nonetheless, they send someone who knocked at my door to remind me of the check out. I’m travelling for more than fifty years, and I had never encountered such a situation. Imagine I stayed in this hotel for a total of more than 50 days during the last two years . Pathetic

Amazing hotel — great location and huge room, nice view. Just one annoying thing — x-ray scanning of personal belongings every time you enter the hotel

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The service was exceptional, and every detail was taken care of. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!”
