Royal Qatar hotel in Amman city is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel. The hotel offers basic but clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located very close to Souq Waqif, there are many restaurants, bars, and coffee places walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Basic breakfast is also included.

We had an excellent stay at royal qatar hotel. Only a 8 minute walk from the metro and the buffet every morning was plentiful and tasty. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Everything was very good, but breakfast was average and coffee was terrible (low cost Nescaffe)!

Good size room (I was told that I had been upgraded free?), bed is quite firm. 2 extra pillows in the cupboard 👍 nice). Very friendly and helpful staff. But, the bathroom is tiny and cramped. The shower water pools at the rear of the shower cubicle and does not drain - ewww. The carpet was not flat and easily tripped over (how hard would it be to relay it FFS?). Breakfast was barely adequate. (pizza for breakfast??).
The location was pretty good - 10 minute walk to 2 different metro stations. If you are in Doha for the F1, it's ok because you won't be in the room much.

I was doing a one-night stopover in Doha to break up the abominably long flight from Toronto to Bangkok, and selected this place for my crash pad. It fit the bill perfectly. Very warm welcome at the front desk when I had been on the go for 24 hours and was pretty brain dead, very close proximity to the souq market. Whenever I do an overnight in Doha I think that I should stay longer sometime. I'll probably stay here when I do.

Nice clean hotel. Walking distance from the Souk. Few places to eat close by. The cats in front will guide you.

Quiet a good hotel close to Souq Waqjf and the metro station. It's quiet and clean.

Hotel was in a good condition but the decor was a little dated. The staff were very lovely and welcoming and the location was great. We walked to souq waqif almost every night.
