We booked the hotel during our 15 hours stay in qatar,
While booking we gave the details of our card to be charged,
While checking in we asked if all the payments had gone through to which he mentioned yes it ll be taken care from the website we booked through our credit card.
But the drama at checkout was unreal,
We had ordered room service-
Pizza and shesh touk - which had a very dry chicken me and my baby only tried one piece of the of the whole chicken and asked the kitchen staff to take it back as is,
Upon our checkout we were also charged for the same as they mentioned, mam you tried the chicken piece!!
How on earth could I tell without checking how the chicken was, that is ridiculous I had to pay for something we never ate.
The reception staff on 19th night - Anisa and tendai
Were very difficult, very unprofessional and lacked a whole lot of service adiqutte.
I would not recommend this place as you expect a good service for what you are paying for
BUT THE STAFF is not very professional.

Can't rave more about this property. Good location near the beach, rooms were quite spacious. We got a free upgrade from City view to Ocean/Sea view. Pool was nice and clean and the breakfast spread was also good. Staff was very courteous. I would stay here again if I were to go back to Doha

Everything about this hotel is incredible. The service from every member of staff that we encountered was excellent. I cannot explain how incredibly comfortable the beds, pillows and duvets were. The amenities consist of everything you will ever need and more. Absolutely loved it and will return 💕

The location is good, services are nice.
Specially, Richard, the supervisor, was very supportive during my stay.
the Coral Restaurant is good too.staffs are working diligently and very attentive. Food is full of varieties.
One minor thing is the Singing… some guests’ birthday celebration was conducted by the staffs, the chorus was … kind of terrible… whatever you do, just don’t ask them to sing for you!
It was a perfect stay for a 8 days of vacationing!
The location is good, services are nice.

God quality hotel. I would say it was 5* more 4.5*. Good facilities. Breakfast felt a bit cramped and tables were left in cleared until the end of service. Would be much better if they had more staff. Good food choices and well cooked. Bedroom nice a spacious, windows small but great view if you have a sea room. They upgraded me for my birthday which was nice. Staff were really polite but would need to be prompted. Bonus is they have the a private beach and complimentary water and towels. The staff that took my bags were 10/10 and even opened the door for any car I went in and out of.

Overall, a good experience. The hotel is well-situated and the lobby area is impressive. Rooms are comfortable but a bit dated. There was some noise from the hallway, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Breakfast was satisfying and staff were attentive. It’s a decent choice if you're looking for convenience and good service without expecting luxury.

Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

This review is for Gordon Ramsay Opal. I went for a launch on 31 Dec, couple of items from the menu were not avaliable which was strainge. However, the wagyu cheeks, creamy mash potato and sticky toffe pudding were great. Atmosphere is nice as well. Ribeye and mac and cheese were ok.
