Where do I start such an amazing hotel the suite is well worth the price. The food is amazing the hotel management and staff are amazing. It’s all VIP experience especially from the moment you step into the hotel to time you leave

The hotel staff great you. Help you in anyway possible. Judith and Ameen in the breakfast area who served us breakfast and took our orders were so nice and polite. Would always serve amazing food with so much variety via Buffett and Al la carte options . The half board option is amazing and so much choice and so much options and so quick ordering the food via what’s app service made it’s breeze. Its location is fantastic right opposite soul waqif with easy access to the souq and so close to west bay, the Cornish and three close mosque to visit and pray at. One of the best hotels in Doha. Would never want to stay in another hotel while in Doha. Close to everything and so much facilities in around the hotel
They go above and beyond they surprised us with so many beautiful things to celebrate our occasion. The check in was super fast and easy. We didn’t want to leave when our stay was over. It feels like a home from home. You get super warm and happy feeling being at the hotel. Hotel smells wonderful each time you enter the hotel and walk around. Also it offers many resturant options from Mexican, sea food to variety of world foods

The hotel's location in the heart of Msheireb is fantastic. All the cafes and restaurants are nearby, and Souq Waqif is just a two-minute walk away. What's special is that you can experience the modern city life in Msheireb Downtown while also enjoying the beautiful past in Souq Waqif. It's an experience worth repeating.

Location was a 5min walk away from metro. Generally clean and great stay though service response time can be slow.

No complimentary food given to me
I called room service to clean my room at 0930 pm but service were not available so I slept in un cleaned room, they said room cleaning is available only in morning time.

I was not treated with professional, with no greetings and listing to my inquires or even assisting the situation as just faced rejection and rudeness it sound like ****** to me, I usually stay in Hayat Park for my stays but it was for the change to try different hotel and that was a mistake. For my ***** ppl stay somewhere else

What a wonderful experience! The location was even better than we expected—right across the street from the metro station and just a short walk to the Souq, truly one of Doha's must-sees. The staff went above and beyond, greeting us warmly and offering assistance whenever we needed it.
We were fortunate to be given a corner room with stunning views of the main attractions. I wish I’d known earlier that the skyline and Corniche could be admired right from my balcony—talk about hitting the jackpot! The room’s layout and spaciousness were a steal for the price we paid.
A delightful surprise awaited us with chocolates and fruits in our room upon arrival. I can't recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be back for round two!

Very nice hotel by Accor group and location is great which is next to Souq Waqif market and not far from the Red Line metro station too. Staff was very friendly too! Good and spacious toilet too.

Had the mixed grill and all meat was low quality, dry and disappointing. I felt like i was an inconvenience to the staff. Stray cats at the table throughout the meal, which i understand is outside of Tajine control, but was still unpleasant. Location is great but thats about all. Its a shame a premier location, in a premier attraction is wasted in this way.

A good restaurant located in the heart of the Souq. There are lots of tasty traditional Morocco dishes to choose from. There is a nice outdoor seating area on the roof with some good views over the Souq.

Horrible food and terrible service. The salad was tasteless and tajin was the worst we have ever had. The only good thing was probably bread.

The restaurant is beautiful regarding interior and the staff are very friendly.
The Moroccan Tea was okay but I believe was used with either local or imported mint not from morocco.
The Pastilla was the biggest disappointment! One of my favourite Moroccan dishes! Though the picture looks beautiful, however slightly over done. The filling was over salted and seasoned and you could clearly see that by how dark the filling was. worse of all they use crab sticks (which aren't even made with crab!) and pose it as real crab meat!
Last of all our food was delivered at different times, one would finish a dish, then two would get a dish and finish and then the final person would get their food. Serious improvements are required for me to even consider coming back!
