An exceptional stay at Pullman Doha West Bay. From arrival to departure, everything reflected excellence: warm hospitality, attentive service, and genuine smiles at every level.
The team made our family feel truly welcome — our children slept perfectly, enjoyed the food, and were happy throughout the stay. The buffet is refined, fresh, and of excellent quality. Spa, hammam, gym, and pool are all outstanding and impeccably maintained.

A good hotel but lots of room for improvement especially the room services and the amenities (TV in the room was very basic with very limited channels and not a smart TV).

Stayed three nights in a spacious suite. Very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well organized. Smooth check-in and check-out, with welcoming and professional staff. A great choice for a family stay. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness: Very clean, from the bathroom to the living room, everything was great. Perhaps because the lighting in the room wasn't too bright, you didn't have to look too closely.

The Executive Lounge team deserves a special mention—always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They remembered the little things and made each visit feel personal and relaxed. One of the best lounge experiences I’ve had.
Also, huge appreciation to the Filipina waitress at BiCE—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. She made every meal feel extra special.

Service at nearly every service point from security to front desk was incredibly unhurried even when there was no one in line.
Also waited 1.5 hours at 5am for housekeeping to install and reinstall again (because the first install covered only 70% the window) blackout curtains that were at every other window panel except the one right next to the bed. Light still ended up shining directly on my face even after the 2nd install because the velcro that was supposed to fix the blackout curtain to the side wall was not installed.
Toilet and tissue paper wasn’t replenished and I was on my period without any paper in the room. When the manager offered to send his compliments as an apology it just meant a bag of toilet rolls was left outside the door.
Lounge access was not quite worth paying for as the food was pretty dismal, unless you’re just wanting beverages at odd times of the day, which was useful for me.

Pros : Lets start with good things about this resto, buffet menu is good , QR 68 / person is quite reasonable, Space and ambience is excellent, staff is attentive and quick to respond to requests.
Cons : most of buffet food items served are not even warm .. as an chinese resto we expect items like chicken, fish etc at least served hot and spicy ..unfortunately both things missing ..Went with high expectations and comeback disappointed !!

It's hit or miss. Sometimes the service is really good...sometimes it's not good at all. Some dishes are thoroughly decent; some are truly lacking. If they put their staff through hospitality training, that would be a good start.

They have a good variety of food in their buffet, and I remember getting the value out of the price. But unfortunately, last few times I've been at 'Shanghai Garden' there was an unpleasant smell. The food is really good usually, but it's just the hygiene that scares me at times.
