Outstanding place. I have no real negatives. Staff are amazing, rooms are superb. It is a joy. It has a rooftop pool, bar, it has a good gym, a sauna. Maybe breakfast could offer a few more options when it comes to hot food and coffee choices, but I suppose I'm being somewhat "Picky" here. Overall it is an amazing place to stay.

Excellent Service by Aliza!
Very nice hotel and especially the service and all waiter in the restaurant is praiseworthy. Aliza provided outstanding service at the DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Downtown restaurant! She was warm, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a perfect breakfast experience. Her friendliness and efficiency made our visit truly enjoyable. Aliza is a fantastic asset to the team—highly recommended! Unfortunately, Anas is very unfriendly.

Our third stay at this beautiful property, what i love about it is the atmosphere and staff very accommodating and kind, housekeeping guys are really great service very fast cleaning super fast and efficient. The suits are very spacious and great for family. Big or small locations are great. Lots of malls and shops are around 8 minutes drivefrom souq waqif as well Two lovely ladies at reception who took care of us throughout Stay they are warm and welcoming Rhia and Kwatar At the poolside, Dominic and Madina We had very delicious breakfast every day at the LaCasa restaurant everything very fresh from fruits and eggs we had eggs benedict and very hot spicy omelette, two gentleman there who are just the absolute best Taha is just wonderful with every guest there even though mostly in the bar but checks on everyone make sure they are okay. Trabelsi is one of the best checks always on guest satisfaction. Make sure orders arrive him and Taha just the best, in addition their team Talal super sweet, Din who take care of us every morning shes one of the best staff there love her, Raisa with her beautiful smile

We stayed at this beautiful property for staycation, each day we went to LaCasa for breakfast they have some really great options the Chef that brings cut fruit is always so friendly. One of the most amazing person you will meet there is Raisa she so kind, warm and welcoming with a gorgeous smile, Mark as well at the bar makes good coffee. Also Mr. Trabelsi is really terrific and take care of all the guest and makes sure they all have been treated nice and checks all tables to assist the guest with they're needs wow yes indeed he's a manager. No one is as fantastic as Taha has a super unique gift of making people happy his all in one package that every outlet needs he always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is on point can't wait to see him at a managerial position soon.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I went with family and we got the 2 bedroom suite. It was so beautiful and spacious. And it had everything in it to make you feel at home. It also has a Kids club with so many activities for the kids. They can stay there for about 2-3 hours incase you have some running around to do

The rooms are nice and spacious, however, for the last 2 months that I checked in the hotel, I brought some concerns, but there were no action plans. I lost my Nike shoes and sleeper in room 719, then I moved to another room, which is room 732. Unfortunately, I left some laundry in the room. I was trying to call the call centre after 2 days and ask if they could trace it since anyhow all cameras are available. Also, I personally gave my email address and phone number. They said they would give me news after the check. It is very unfortunate that I have been checking my email yet I didn't hear anything. The service and reception are not accommodating. The front desk doesn't know how to smile. FYI, I stayed in the hotel for 2 months. I was super upset about the service, which was very poor. I don't have the plan to post any bad reviews here, but I guess this concern has to be brought up since I initiated calling the hotel yet there is no response from their side.

The spoiler is the breakfast Buffet,very less vegetarian choices, refilling of the empty items is too bad. Better to book without buffet and save money. Rooms were excellent as well as service staff. One of the Best Staff was Talal who seems to be very polite and helped us a lot at breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at this very family-friendly hotel. Amazing facilities especially when you have kids. We love their very spacious and stylish apartment type rooms. We are so happy they gave us an complimentary upgrade to a premium city view! Rooms are fully equipped and perfect for hosting dinner with some friends. I would like to give my gratitude to these people that provided us with amazing service. Hassiba and Kawthar of reception, lanka, Pahmi and Dominick. Highly reccommend this hotel!🥰
