The place was so good and clean.while we stay in the i vorry in hotel and the service was good including there service assistance name Hk Hridoy the service is so fast and good customer service .

The moment we reached to the hotel, we were struggling to park our car as the parking was so small. The pillows were not clean and the room was so close to the other room that we could hear the next door while they were talking. There was no coffeeshop to get coffee in the morning. The room was very old and the mattress was not clean as well. It shows 4 star hotel but my experience was like 1 star hotel. I don’t suggest this place.

My experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been staying for almost two weeks, and the level of professionalism is the worst I’ve ever seen. The rooms are not clean, and although the housekeeping staff are kind and do their best, the reception team is incredibly rude and unhelpful.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. Property was clean, but for some reason there were cockroaches in the room & bathroom and escalating this issue did not bring a resolution.

Dirty smelling. Dust layers above wall unit. Freezer frozen closed. No housekeeping fur days. Sheets had holes and rust marks on pillow cases. Showers spray all over. No kitchen utensils or items to utilize kitchen. I could only sleep one night out of 20 as my allergies would not allow. Hotel would NOT refund even though I asked after only a few days as I am totally UNSATISFIED with their accommodations. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Extremely unsatisfied. Hole in sheet. Pillow case rust stains. Bathroom showers awful. Freezer completely frosted over with ice. No items in kitchen to cook or eat with. Cigarette smoke embedded throughout even after they sprayed. Booked for 19 nights, could only sleep over night the first night. Finally had to leave after 3 nights. No satisfaction guaranteed and they would not refund anything so I'm out 19 nights I paid for. Stay away!!!

I checked into this hotel and left within an hour because the conditions were absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had mould, the bathtub was filthy, and the room smelled bad. The desk and furniture were stained and dirty, and the carpet was soiled and dusty. To make matters worse, I was only told about the loud noise from the nearby club after check-in. The sheets were stained, worn out, and had holes in them. I couldn’t even stay one night in such an unpleasant environment. Definitely not worth the money—avoid this place at all costs!

Used to love this place so much. I used to advise everyone to go.
Now I tell people they’re liars. They don’t serve the original Johnny Rockets meals and serve “knock-off” versions that they call “home made”.
Their chili for example is not at all like their famous chili and is a greasy mess.
What triggered me to post this is that I specifically asked if it’s the original and the waitress flat out lied.
