Had ants in my room, not all the amenities in the bathroom were covered, one of the lights didn't work.

The hotel's amenities are more in line with a good four-star standard. However, the staff is outstanding: incredibly friendly, great with children, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, especially thanks to the lovely lady who prepared the omelets. The waiters were all exceptionally friendly as well. Overall, the wonderful team made the stay particularly enjoyable.

The hotel was unclean and had insects. The room had a foul smell. I only stayed one night and would never consider returning. I didn't like it at all, and it was noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located, a 5-7-minute walk from the Joan metro station. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. It's worth the price.

The food, location and service was great with one exception the reception guy Farhad was rude and not helpful. Others were very good. The cleaner Amarjeet and other were great.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Grand Lux Hotel Doha. Everything was exceptional—from the comfortable rooms to the impressive amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always eager to assist and make the stay even more pleasant.

The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special thanks to Danishba for her outstanding hospitality and warm service, which truly made the experience unforgettable.

We ordered super mix grill for main course. The quantity was less compared to price. Taste was also not up to the mark. You can get better grilled food for cheaper rates in many places in Doha. Fresh juices we ordered were good and really fresh. Staff were friendly, but they were talking and laughing loudly throughout. This made the place bit noisy.
