Hotels with pool in Kilkenny

Beautiful lunch in the Grill Bar. Fabulous dinner and Breakfast. Pool and leisure facilities are adequate. Rooms are big, spacious and lobby has lots of airy spaces for working and meeting people.

The Lyrath Estate was the best hotel on our Ireland round trip. When we arrived in the afternoon a piano player was playing in the very nice, bright wonderful lobby. The breakfast was like the whole estate excellent

The building is beautiful inside and out and is on a gorgeous vast property. Our room was very large and well appointed and clean. The staff were wonderful and the restaurants and bars were fantastic

We thought everything was excellent. From checkin to room to spa and restaurants were all of a very high standard. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. I was very impressed and will return again.

One of the most elegant properties we visited. The grounds are open and inviting, the room was beautiful, staff was very attentive and friendly. We'll stay again someday.

The hotel itself is a gem, beautifully merging the old house with the new facilities. The room was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, warm and quiet

Really nice hotel about 20 minutes walk from the town centre of Kilkenny. Well fitted room and nice bathroom. Restaurant gets busy and food ok. Really pleased with this find on our Ireland road trip

Very nice hotel Staff lovely and friendly and helpful. The only comment I have is when I checked in I was not informed about where the facilities where or when they where open

Perfect place to stay for families. Nice swimming pool for kids and excellent food.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great facilities and the staff, mostly young, were very nice and friendly. It's good to see the hotel sector bouncing back. Well done to everyone at the Kilkenny Hotel

From the moment we checked in, this hotel went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the food was excellent as was our room

It was a lovely room very big. You must put the tag on the door handle if you want your room cleaned daily. I wasn’t aware of that information so my room wasn’t cleaned.

Kilkenny was probably our favorite stop in Ireland. This hotel was centrally located and definitely within walking distance of much we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable.

Rooms are clean. Easy walking distance to most sites. We have stayed here twice in the past ten years. You pay 8euro per night for parking lot across the street. Buffet breakfast in am is good $16 euro per person.

Nice hotel overall I have stayed here in the past and found it to be a warm and welcoming hotel and great for the city centre and nice to have a cut price parking deal with the multistorey over the road

The room was comfy and wifi decent. Bar food was good albeit a little pricey compared to less tourist cities. But you're spoilt for choice for food

The stay was okay but my wife and I were sensing a culture of being money driven than customer comfort and well-being driven. The location was very good for tourists.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to walk to many restaurants and sights we were interested in visiting. We did not dine at the restaurant so we are unsure of the food and beverage quality.

You need to pay to visit santa and we ended up paying full access fee which was disappointing when told we we initially thought the access was free

Spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi, park with animals and kids adventures, indoor playrooms, delicious food and atmosphere, very friendly staff. Definitely going back there again!

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Rooms were lovely with cot (with mattress). Lovely selection for breakfast

Bring you swimming togs and make sure you book the swimming pool, great to get a dip in the pool. ( need pool hats) Jurassic Park is a great addition and you have free access as a hotel resident

There’s Jurassic Newpark adventure park attached with a variety of animals to visit, which our kids absolutely loved

The playground and large inflatable were huge hits and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids were entertained for hours. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant
