A really good and nice hotel with a very convenient location.

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable - mine had also a very nice view. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The location is perfect: the airport shuttle bus stop is a shirt walk away and also a lot of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to all main sights.

Very good value for money.

After arriving I have got a lower standard of the room, reception did not changed and referred to the manager day after. After help from ********** and intensive argue with manager day after they have changed the room which I have booked from the beginning. According to the hotel queen and king size beds is the same in Romania, as well as it is normal that in description you will find details about their best room, but not the one you might get. I believe they just overbooked, since day after I got the room I have booked, but after it was cleaned and ready (they double checked if it was ready during our discussion).
Breakfast is good, staff at breakfast and cleaners is much more friendlier. Room is good as long as the one you have booked.
No compensation provided for the wrong room for the first night.
Would not recommend this hotel since they do have very poor attitude towards their guests.

Great hotel, modern and clean. breakfast had a big selection so will cater for all. The old town was on the door step. Bus link to the airport was also a bonus and very cheap £1 each way for two.

Nice hotel, small and friendly but the location is the best bit. one of my cards went missing from my room 🫣 I did ask about this and lucky there is no money on it but they were really unhelpful about this.
Breakfast was ok. Not much to choose from though. Would recommend staying here

The hotel is located walking distance from the city centre , excellent location, staff polite and professional. Our only issue was that we were closed to the staff lift and it was very noisy from early morning and this prevent us from resting. The whole morning we could hear banging of doors or different utilities. The room was specious and well maintained with lovely view. Breakfast variety could be better, a small breakfast seating area. Parking is available, paid but secure. Altogether we had a good time. Thanks

Greate hotel, very clean, new and modern. Parking space can be reserved in advance.

The hotel staff is very helpful, from the reception staff, the maids and the dining room staff. Good breakfast, good opening hours, a large selection, delicious, and fresh. Highly recommend!

Food was ok, but could be better. I am not eating sushi, so review is based on the other food in the menu. My wife said sushi was good, though. Ambiance is so-so, being in a mall. Service was ok.

Tasty traditional food with generous portions at good rates. Although we didn't get any attention when we entered, we were quickly served. Food service was fast and overall good, except that the waitress forgot to open our bottles after she brought our drinks.

Stay away. There was a baby cockroach in my bread basket (yes, seriously). Plus the service was awful. My entree was only okay (sausage and cabbage). The restaurant itself is beautiful. The peasant soup with pork rib was delicious.
