The most terrible place, it simply cannot be worse: the pastel is smelly, the pillows are a nightmare, the shower is broken, the room is sooooo cold, I don’t advise taking breakfast if you don’t want to get poisoned. In short, it is better to bypass this place, this is not a hotel, but a hole!

A very good experience. We got into force majeure because of a blizzard on the way from Kazan. Accidentally ended up in Bugulma. There was zero visibility, the road was blocked. Despite the deep night we were well received and served politely.

Hotel in the soviet style. - Bureaucratic, low-level services, finishes, the old, the reception staff professional, other services (car parking) is poorly managed in spite of the laudable 24 hour surveillance. The lift was not working. We spent a night in 6/2014, but perhaps it is best to look for another solution in the city. Close to a great brewery for dinner. Breakfast typically Russian.
