The hotel takes place in the first of its kind in the city! Especially with the height of 22 floors! Nice room, the staff responds to requests quickly! Thank you! The lobby bar is open around the clock and it is very good! Dessert "Earl ruins" is amazing!

Great place,aqua parc is super. Food courts at aqua Park are great. We stayed at the hotel and went for dinner ,it was no good. Shrimps were cooking for 55 min and average quality of food outside aqua park is bad

The view from the window is amazing - on the embankment, the outdoor area of the water park and the Ferris wheel. The restaurant at the hotel is quite expensive, VAT is charged on the order value

Everyone should definitely visit the Riviera restaurant, order Sea bass with herbs, you will not try such a delicious performance of the moon sonata performed by the chef of this restaurant anywhere !!! Michelin star will be on your plate under delicious herbs!!!! If someday this great chef reads my review, I want to tell him too Thank you very much for your work

We had a buffet breakfast, so everyone could find something to suit their taste. We were vacationing with a child, so I can say there's plenty to do for them too, even if they don't like spending time in the pool

The hotel is modern, part of a sports complex built for the Universiade. Located on the shores of Lake Sredniy Kaban. Nearby is a new wonderful zoo "Zimbabwe River". Very welcoming and attentive attitude towards guests

A wonderful place on the lake! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Gorgeous views from the window. Fresh air. Large swimming pool, a modern fitness centre. Jogging track along the shore.

Cons: sometimes it was cool in the rooms (were in December) and poor internet in the rooms

Good place to stay. Very quiet and close to nature. The only.problem is its away from city center

Normal hotel , Nothing special , food is bellow average, far from center, in front of river and have a sport complex near by and there is a zoo which was close when i visited otherwise in walking distance there is nothing to see except river

The staff is nice , people are friendly , not expensive. It's more like a hostel than a hotel. but the warm welcome of people will make you feel good. only get there by taxi car or feet

Bestglamp was great experience celebrating my birthday Only roads near to the camp at December not good but so near to kazan Rooms are just perfect and service Spa and the whole idea just amazing

Service for a solid two! the room was not cleaned for a week, the towels were changed once and that's it, they didn't take out the garbage, you can't wait for an officer in the restaurant, don't understand what kind of serving and how, they also cook carelessly
