Bathroom smells like sewers. Water disappear randomly, but this is the best you can get around. View is good though.

The base is located on the banks of the Matyr reservoir. There is a nice beach with a shallow coastline, good for families with small children. The houses are quite far from each other, which is convenient for residents. There is a banquet hall, a bathhouse. Great cuisine. Chic barbecue. One kvass is already worth coming. And, of course, nature, a mixed forest dominated by pine trees, clean air.
