Nice place and very cozy hotel, but the service is something with something. Booking a room from 2 o'clock in the afternoon, arrived at 6, the room was not cleaned, someone's dirty towels were in the bathroom, they asked for an extra bed in the room - they brought a cot, they refused to fill the linen. Place paid for, place not ready. Of course, we will fill it up, but the sediment will remain. They cleaned the bathroom - they poured it on the floor, the rug - at least squeeze it out. We politely asked to dry or replace - "we don't have another and we won't dry, we can just pick it up))) 0".
But the river is beautiful.

Beautiful place and all. There is no service at all. For two days, we did not even take out the garbage. The restaurant can eat, but the waiters and chefs do not cope. Guests are not fit for a long time, you need to take the menu immediately, orders are prepared for a long time, they forget. Breakfast is like a stepmother, a bowl of porridge, a triangle of cheese, one piece of bread. We left early, asked us to have breakfast prepared in the evening. The waiter took the order, said they would leave it on guard. In the morning it turned out that they had forgotten. With the staff, you need to work, conduct trainings and training. And so nothing)
