Beautiful place, friendly staff, excellent room, the silence outside: only the birds by day and crickets by night. We were lucky that the room is not on the first line (sea-view) and the balcony looked out on a green hill with wonderful trees. The beach at your hotel - friendly staff - morning ready sunbeds and umbrellas for each client. Breakfast in the hotel is delicious, but skudnenko (not a buffet). Dined in other establishments. The overall impression - positive. Recommend.

Wonderful stay. The lovely owners of the hotel. A great team of staff. Rested 3 years in a row and will go again there. The kids love it and we love it!

We have been relaxing at the Villa Del Mar hotel in the Utes village on the southern coast of the Crimea for four consecutive years with the whole family. I really like the picturesque place, clean sea, fresh air, within walking distance of Karasan Park, Aivazovsky Park and others. The hotel is very cozy, meets high European standards. The level of service, design repair, a cozy courtyard, clean rooms, delicious cuisine, a private beach on the sea are all happy. Thanks to the highly qualified, friendly staff! ❤️

The hotel is cozy and beautiful. Good food, buffet. A bit of a general good impression is spoiled by the lack of a normal parking near the hotel, but the hotel was told that they would try to fix it in the future and the staff occasionally lost a sense of friendliness. In general, the impression is good, I would rest there.

Good eling. Thanks a lot to the staff! From the first minute of their stay they pay a lot of attention. They will tell you everything, they will tell everything! The food is delicious. The rooms are clean. We rested with a small child, there were no problems and inconveniences. They have a high chair and a cot for the kids. Well, we have already written about the beach and sunbeds (also + from us). I would love to come back here again!
