Friendly staff. Democratic prices. Not very large, but verified menu of the restaurant. Since 2008, we regularly come here 1-2 times a year with my wife, sometimes with children and / or granddaughter. Were not disappointed. It's a pity Russia did what Ukraine could not. The entrance to the park of Princess Gagarina, the passage to Cape Plaka and the temple are closed.
The most pleasant hotel for my family. We have been coming here for many years. The administrators are the owners of the hotel. Therefore, everything is in order. Plus Wonderful chef and waiters. See you next year.

The hotel is wonderful! Corresponds to a completely European level of 3 stars. Breakfast and lunch included, always delicious. Dinner menu too, optimal value for money. Stop going to other places. We are completely satisfied with our choice of hotel. I recommend.

An excellent hotel in a cozy location. It's not the first time we've stopped. Nice area, pebble beach with sun loungers, a swimming pool, several restaurants and cafes. I would especially like to note the very reverent attitude of the staff to the guests, everyone is very friendly and benevolent. We have been relaxing at the Villa Del Mar hotel in the Utes village on the southern coast of the Crimea for four consecutive years with the whole family. I really like the picturesque place, clean sea, fresh air, within walking distance of Karasan Park, Aivazovsky Park and others. The hotel is very cozy, meets high European standards. The level of service, design repair, a cozy courtyard, clean rooms...
The hotel is cozy and beautiful. Good food, buffet. A bit of a general good impression is spoiled by the lack of a normal parking near the hotel, but the hotel was told that they would try to fix it in the future and the staff occasionally lost a sense of friendliness. Everything is fine, cleaning, service, only one drawback - the Internet almost does not catch. No wifi, no mobile.
The view from the balcony to the sea is simply mesmerizing, dinner and breakfast accompanied by the sound of the surf is unforgettable, very clean and fresh. The only thing is that walking is not very convenient if you are a traveler without a car.
Rested in this hotel in mid-September 2020. We were completely delighted, everything in the room is very clean, there is everything you need for life (we took a room with a balcony and a mini kitchen), and of course the view from the window is a separate love. There is an elevator in one of the buildings, so I recommend this particular building and the higher floor. Friendly hostess, very cozy place...
Nice view from the balcony! Just gorgeous !!! 😍 Lived on the 6th floor. The room is equipped with everything you need, there is a small kitchen, fresh renovation. Descent / ascent by elevator to the sea took 1 minute. Of the minuses - there is a problem with parking throughout Utyos, cars can either be parked on the mountain for 250 rubles, or, as we agreed, for 600 rubles. in the owner's garage, next...
The room is not big, great view from the balcony, clean. There is a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven. There is a lift. In early July, not crowded, the beach is small but there was enough space. Not bad for this place.
