I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Kievskaya. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mikail at the front desk for his kind assistance.

- The window is poorly insulated. Room was noisy and a little bit cold. housekeeping service is not daily. hotel entry is not easy. Switching lift is needed.

- Unexpectedly changing conditions and prices. At 17.45 on the arrival day, the hotel sent a message where informed that the booking will be cancelled at 18.00 if we don't pay 9000 rubles right now. That was "due to high demand", you might understand. needless to say, there were no such conditions announced in advance Happily I noticed the message. If not there would be a vefy awkward situation. Happened that I had to prolong the stay for one night more. Called. No problem. At an "open price" which is twice as high as the price in advance. I will never book "Novotel" again and warn my colleagues.22.08.2025

- NOVOTEL no longer offers its own breakfast service, which used to be very good. Now, guests are required to have breakfast at the neighboring IBIS hotel, in a rather unimpressive canteen-like atmosphere. This is unacceptable.05.05.2025
Hello everyone! Amazing hotel, I will leave only positive reviews. The room is clean, warm, the view from the room is gorgeous. Breakfasts are varied, dinners are hearty. I really liked the relax zone, for meeting the dawn! Good luck!

This is not about the hotel. This is about popular science classes with children. We have been coming here for the second year for medical and history programs. We also want to get into biology. "Smart Moscow" is interesting, educational, useful. It broadens your horizons. Perhaps it will help you decide on your future profession.

Excellent modern hotel with excellent location. Near the metro, shopping center, train station. The service is very good, the rooms are clean, the staff is very polite and friendly.

Huge complex. Large space, the lobby is huge! Very cozy. There is underground parking and convenient access for unloading passengers.
