+ I liked very much the breakfast it was open buffet with a lot of choices which suitable for everyone, even if someone didn’t get used to have breakfast i am sure he/she will find something things to have on breakfast- So expensive

- There was no heating in the room. The AC has no heating function. When I asked the reception about the room being cold they gave me an electric heater... in a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. I ordered water to my room they just opened the door and entered the room without waiting for me to open the door. Staff don't have manners. For this amount of money paid my stay was disaster I suggest that you book another newly furnished hotel. Kind Regards, Emre

Great hotel, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. They lived with a sports team, they let a bus into the parking lot in addition to the free parking lot.
