The location is good, quiet, plenty of parking (free). But there is work to be done. Some halls look really tired, in particular ,, Summer ,, Needs an update. Public toilets look sad, although they are clean.

Good service, clean comfortable room, air conditioning, convenient location of the hotel. The only negative in the evenings is loud music, but only until 23:00.

We stayed at the hotel from Saturday to Sunday. In the evening people come here for a noisy rest. There was nowhere to park the car. We were warned that the noisy fun would last somewhere until 12. My girlfriend and I looked at this hotel and were very surprised after checking out. Very cozy rooms and interior, polite staff at the reception area. We were also pleased with the cafe area on the first floor, delicious and inexpensive, we really liked the pizza. We visited this place 2 times and will definitely come back again.
