Excellent hotel for the price-quality ratio. Its own wonderful SPA, like new, no chlorine in the pool, spacious deluxe superior room, balcony, slippers, robes. Breakfast is included in the price, no frills, but delicious, you will not go hungry. The price was like Sochi Park, incomparable, for the same amount the service is much better! Prosperity to the hotel!

We came for the second time. Good spa. Breakfast is also normal, but strain with places for breakfast. Waiting for a place to become available. Very friendly girl Vika, at the reception helped a lot in one issue (flowers). Thanks to her🌹.there is parking. We liked.

An excellent hotel with a magnificent spa - a jacuzzi, a hammam, a bathhouse, two types of saunas. We lived in a deluxe room - huge beds are something! Separate respect to the transfer driver Volodya (forgive us, we called you Oleg for two days) told all the details and interesting facts about the city and its inhabitants, an extremely friendly and endearing person.

We rested in this hotel from January 18 to January 22, 2021, in the company of 4 people. We are delighted with this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, everything you need even to the smallest detail is in the room. The breakfasts are very tasty and plentiful, there is a lot of choice. The staff are all friendly, the room was cleaned every day, the transfer from the hotel takes you to certain stops. We recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Very satisfied with my stay here. Clean, spacious room with a balcony (economy with a separate entrance). Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Any request is promptly responded to. A nice bonus in the form of visiting the SPA for 3 hours (have not been yet). Sufficient choice of food for breakfast. A small minus - in one shift, all hot dishes are taken out initially cold, there is no intelligible answer to the question why. But these are trifles. The remoteness from the sea is more than compensated by a free transfer to the seaport and back. Rooms are well cleaned! I highly recommend this hotel and hope to come here again. Thanks for the vacation!!!

Were in February 2022. A family of three. We really enjoyed. Suite. Very clean. Cleaning is carried out regularly and accessories are changed. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is also convenient, everything is within walking distance. Thank you!

We arrived at 13:00, the room was not ready, they said check-in at 14:00. We filled out all the documents and left for the evening on business. Returning in the evening, the pleasant news awaited us that there was no water, no one could say the timing. Paying for a room in which you can’t wash, don’t wash, and don’t even go to the toilet, well, this is terrible. The administrator Mike is very nervous, not a competent employee, he could not explain everything normally, he spoke in a raised tone and then completely ran away to smoke. We decided to move to another hotel. We could not get a refund for 30 minutes, something didn’t work, then the funds were completely withdrawn again. We left for the neighboring hotel "eco house", we never regretted it, there is water, polite staff, and breakfast is included, but we paid 300 rubles more.

We really liked the Golden House Hotel! And especially the very kind staff. We have not met such sincere benevolence in Russian hotels for a long time! Breakfast and dinner, ordered separately, were wonderful and could be ordered at any time.

The only thing I want to write is not a hotel, but a hangout! The towels are not clean. If I posted their photo, they would definitely say that I washed the floors with them and took a picture. Alas, these are given upon check-in ... the hotel itself was probably built with a hint of beauty and comfort, but taking into account the careless attitude of the staff, all these qualities have long disappeared. The food offered is canteen, but absolutely tasteless, we ate 1 time and even the child asked not to eat here anymore. Didn't like the location either. They write not far from the sea. In fact, to go to the sea with such labyrinths and dead ends😱 To go to a large mass of cafes and the Riviera Park, walk for 30-40 minutes on foot...
In short, for the money you can easily choose a better hotel.
