My girlfriend and I looked at this hotel and were very surprised after checking out. Very cozy rooms and interior, polite staff at the reception area. We were also pleased with the cafe area on the first floor, delicious and inexpensive, we really liked the pizza. We visited this place 2 times and will definitely come back again.

We live in an economy room, they clean it every day, towels are changed every other day. It's 1300 meters downhill to the beach, and the same distance to walk back, the beach is good. Nearby there is a cheap canteen and a store.

Good 3 star hotel. The beach is 800 meters away. For me, this was an important criterion when choosing this place.

Mini hotel at the opposite end of the largest resort city in Russia, Sochi, from the airport (Adler). The rooms are made in strict accordance with the requirements for classification at the 3* level. The room area is at least 12 m2. The furniture is in decent condition, the mattresses are too soft, not orthopedic. A large desk, a suitcase, a wardrobe, a couch - everything is in satisfactory condition. The bathroom is in a minimalist format, both in materials and content. I would redo the shower, although it’s good that it’s a tiled box and not a moldy stall!!! A little about the bad: before me, the guests smoked in the room and the HK service did not remove this disgusting smell. Separately, I would like to mention the cafe on site - the kitchen is original and neat, it doesn’t deserve Michelin stars, but the simple dishes are damn tasty - 5 points to the cook))). It’s clean, the staff is friendly, but in the hotel cafe, the long waitress sleeps on the move, is late for work after two and does everything sooooo slowly. Fire her, she's lazy. Doesn't want to work. Spoils the whole impression of the hotel.

Hello everyone, we had a Lux room, we stayed for one night. When we entered the room, we gasped! I liked that the space was large, a chic table with chairs, a large sofa with a large TV) and that the most important thing was the ceilings in the Scandinavian style, so high and panoramic windows overlooking the sea and the city. The bed in the bedroom is luxurious and comfortable. Among the minuses, we can highlight that there was no trash can in the living room, you had to constantly run to the bathroom, there was no cloth for the table to wipe it, because we had our own food and perhaps the water in the cooler on the floor was warm. I don’t know if this should be considered a minus, they probably don’t do this very often)) but when we arrived there was terrible smoke from frying shish kebab, apparently, and reached all the way to our 5th floor, there was this smell on the floor, but then everything disappeared. Breakfast is not a buffet, I’ll tell you right away, they brought the same thing to everyone) but it was tasty and satisfying! I liked it. In general, everything is excellent! The room is clean, spacious, there is a bus stop 500 meters away, which is very convenient! The staff is friendly) we will stay again!
