Wonderful place! Swimming in a pool at a temperature of 3 ° is wonderful and yes, I did it for the first time. I like it. The staff is good, but not all (. I liked the hostess, she tries very hard, everything is possible, but you have to ask and she doesn’t refuse anything. I didn’t like the fact that 110 rubles are added to each bill for service (which is practically absent, so they brought it and all (it's about food)).

Great idea! Very large and beautiful area. Hot mineral baths are a miracle! But some strange attitude towards their possessions 🤔. We rented rooms in separate houses, not in the main building. Bed linen, mattresses, pillows and towels are not well maintained and stained. The bathroom is in poor condition.
The administrator at check-in is a friendly woman. The administrator of the cafe is just a boor!
If we put things in order in the personnel department and put in order the territory, it will be just a Super place!

We were brought here after a tour of Kabardino - Balkaria. The excursion was long and we really wanted to freshen up, especially since we did not have time to get to the pool. There are several pools and different owners. We were where the owner Marina is. We paid 200 rubles each. The pool area is normal, there is a cafe and a toilet (we did not go there). But instead of changing rooms, there are two small metal trailers M and J. There is only a bench in the dressing room, there are not even hooks. The floor is very damp. We changed our clothes, took a bag with things and took our own towel outside. There are 2 pools, they are adjacent. Small with hot water, large with cool water. We immediately went to the big one. The steps were very slimy, my husband slipped and fell. I managed to grab the handrail and only tore off my hand, hit my back a little. The bottom is also very slippery, there are medium pebbles at the bottom, the depth is shallow, less than a meter, the water is dirty. They plunged in and with difficulty, holding on to the handrail, went out. Very bad experience. I do not recommend it.

Not a bad hotel, a huge fat plus has its own pools, But .. the wishes of the hotel administration! There are a lot of little things that spoil the experience, firstly - there is no wi-fi, although it seems to be there, but in fact there is no only one light in the room is very dark, in the kitchen they ask for extra money for service (bring a tray to the table) or carry it yourself 🤭 and other little things that spoil the overall impression

The location of the hotel is very comfortable. The pool is a source of water, the decoration around is thematically interesting. Decor. The hotel is surrounded by mountain landscapes.
The atmosphere is great! ✋
The welcome and attention of the staff and the hotel manager is warm and attentive.
The room has - a towel, bed linen, soap, toilet paper. TV and air conditioning, furniture 😊
In the cafe on the 1st floor you can eat with traditional dishes and drinks (from 7-21).
