Quiet, calm. Close to Lake Aya. High fence, the car was parked next to the house. The house is wooden, inside it smells of freshly planed pine. There is a playground for children. The decoration of Lukomorye is a huge leopard-colored cat!
I recommend planting an oak, and maybe a few.

Terrible hotel, the whole stinks of old age, the thresholds are rotten, the shower is leaking, the lighting is bad.
I do not recommend.
