I have known this place for about 20 years. The tourist base is located on the banks of the Katun, among the trees. The combination of unspoiled nature and comfort is very unusual. There is a good cafe on the base, they made a normal pool. Conveniences (shower, toilet) in the houses, there is a rental of bicycles, table tennis, volleyballs, badminton. In recent years, houses with panoramic windows...

Great place, everything is neat and clean, friendly and attentive hosts. Prices do not bite, everything is close by.

Excellent guest house for lovers of secluded and relaxing holiday in Altai. Here we were met by hospitable hosts, as well as there are cozy and low-cost rooms, gazebos and places for barbecue, hot bath, a place to park cars. We also liked the location: it was quiet, cozy and quiet, 800 meters from Lake Aya, 100 meters from the Katun River and everything you need within walking distance - cafes, shops...

I liked the base. There is everything you need. There is a kitchen area with utensils for cooking, there is a shower. The houses are solid, although they are not heated, but they were warm. The staff is friendly. Very good impressions remained after staying at this base. It is very likely that we will come back here again.
