Rooms are not cleaned during the stay. Swimming pool "heated" unheated. Noise isolation is completely absent. Common refrigerator from which products disappear. In the rooms, only disposable towels, and even then not for everyone who lives in the room. On the territory, garbage from bins is removed only once a day. Braziers are not cleaned, as well as grills for frying meat. The parking lot is not suitable for all visitors.

Excellent base, order on the territory. There is something to do for children. The room is clean and tidy. Excellent location - on the banks of the Katun, great view from the suite. The bath is gorgeous. Recommend!

Nice place. The rooms are clean. The area is well-groomed, with barbecues, in the evenings there is a smell of bonfires.
But there are a couple of things to note.
First, a dog walks around the territory and begs for food))
Well, as for the case - the room smelled like wiring and the junction box was melting. Dangerous..

A great place for a quiet stay. House on the banks of the Katun! A gazebo for relaxing on the very cliff of the coast. Beauty! There is water, kettle, microwave and oven in the gazebo. Nearby barbecues. Children's playground from a slide and a trampoline. House of wood, like an eco-hotel! All of the accessories are minimal, but everything you need is there. Toilet and shower in the room. An understanding and friendly administrator! We really enjoyed! We will recommend!

A place for 3-ku, the territory is poorly conditioned, dishes and other things for cooking by yourself, you can say no. One pan for the whole complex. There is a place for cooking on the street, i.e. Cold, rain .... This is the problem of the guests. In the bathroom in the rooms of the first floor, it stinks terribly sewage. (The car came pumped out the pit, did not help). In common areas the staff dries the laundry, they also store building materials, shower trays, etc. I think this is not respect for the guests. In the outdoor pool flies swim (a lot). In general, the place is normal, but the comfort and comfort for the guests are not organized.
