+ Amazing view on the frozen river. The room has everything that you need, comfortable and quiet. I also liked the sauna. Overall - very, very pleasant experience.

Cozy quiet hotel. The room has slippers, 3 towels, shampoo, shower gel, 3 tea bags, 2 coffees, sugar, kettle, 2 bottles of complimentary still water, mini fridge. Good heating and ventilation system. Grohe and Villeroy/Boch plumbing. Fast WiFi. Nice view from the window to the river. The architect did a 5+ job. The best hotel in the city in terms of design. Nearby is the port and a stylish area for walking and jogging.

The hotel is of a high standard, no comments needed. The service is beyond reproach. Excellent location: many attractions, museums and shopping malls with grocery stores are nearby. Of the minor minuses - the rooms with a view of the river are quite cold in winter. The mini-fridge is missing one leg, I think they will fix this someday (I forgot to tell the reception when checking out). And, I noticed that the refrigerator inside the cabinet gets quite hot, perhaps it is worth cutting another hole in the back wall for ventilation. However, this did not affect the quality of my stay.

I liked everything, and the convenient location, and the staff, and the rooms. The view from the windows is simply gorgeous, the rooms have everything you need, and if you need something, the helpful staff will fulfill any request! Unfortunately, room cleaning is not done by default, but only on request, but as it turned out, this is due to anti-coronavirus measures. So a solid five!

I wanted to spend an unforgettable evening, with comfort and a good view of the river from the window. I am very glad that I visited this wonderful hotel, for which I would like to express special gratitude to the employee of the reservation department Maria Vishnyakova. She, taking care of her guests, did everything at the highest level! From help in choosing a room, to a small compliment, which was very helpful! The hotel staff is very friendly and pleasant to talk to, the rooms are cozy like the rest of the building, and the room was warm despite the open window and the wind of 20 m / s. The beds are pleasant, water, coffee, even a sewing kit, a lot of towels, a spa area. Such pleasant little things make a positive impression about this hotel) I want to say thank you and see you again!
