The evaluation "bad" is the attitude of the tenants meeting rooms: even renting all meeting rooms and all negotiation for 2 days, we did not have the right to make there own equipment without a special permit, could not set our cocktail tables for holding coffee-breaks, could not use their tables to layout their materials, could not work the night before the first day of the lease. But if you want to access meeting rooms not at 9:00, and 7:30, we need to advance in reaching an agreement with the acting Director of the hotel (sic!) no charge for the hire of halls for 1.5 hours.
The hotel in General there are no discounts, even given the fact that we bought all the rooms, bought 12 rooms for 2 days, used the services of their catering.
When you pay us miscalculated the value of rent - Friday counted as a day off.
Perhaps I'm used to flexible and loyal policy of St. Petersburg hotels, which always meet the tenants and all issues are resolved very quickly and painlessly.
Perhaps this behavior is due to a monopoly situation in the market of conference services of Arkhangelsk and the lack of desire of the administration to meet the client.
