It's not much accommodation, how much a business center. Here we buy vouchers for the South in one of the tour companies. Or rather did before the fall of the ruble :)

A week earlier lived in Kaliningrad 4 star the Radisson, a Standard room. After, arrived and settled in the "Business comfort". So comparing the two hotels I do not understand from where the "Dvina" are these prices for the accommodation. The Radisson was cheaper at about $ 1000 per day and this despite the fact that there was a luxurious room with panoramic Windows, full bath kit, no "Sovdep", all very modern and to a high level. Separately want to note the variety of a buffet - the quality and quantity superior to many restaurants. And in the Dvina river, I was faced with the fact that entering the room I had 15 minutes to wait when the water in the tap will be warm, the room has no ventilation, even in the bathroom, and the dining room coffee is not only caused disgust. I'm not talking about design - I think in this room I learned the tragedy of existence, having experienced the existential angst.
