It's ok. Quality bathware. Nice air. But not exceptional customer service. Could not provide spoon and fork at reception if not ordered with food from room service.

It's not much accommodation, how much a business center. Here we buy vouchers for the South in one of the tour companies. Or rather did before the fall of the ruble :)

A week earlier lived in Kaliningrad 4 star the Radisson, a Standard room. After, arrived and settled in the "Business comfort". So comparing the two hotels I do not understand from where the "Dvina" are these prices for the accommodation. The Radisson was cheaper at about $ 1000 per day and this despite the fact that there was a luxurious room with panoramic Windows, full bath kit, no "Sovdep", all very modern and to a high level. Separately want to note the variety of a buffet - the quality and quantity superior to many restaurants. And in the Dvina river, I was faced with the fact that entering the room I had 15 minutes to wait when the water in the tap will be warm, the room has no ventilation, even in the bathroom, and the dining room coffee is not only caused disgust. I'm not talking about design - I think in this room I learned the tragedy of existence, having experienced the existential angst.

The first thing that upset me - taxi through the front Desk two times more expensive than just get the car from the airport. On the floor was a persistent smell of it is not clear what, in the room, for the price it should be much more decent. Breakfast is, but that's it. Internet, etc all works. At the current level - an option in extreme cases.

Nice regional hotel. Yes, the old design, smell in the bathroom there, but as all day trips, it is not strained. For rooms over 3300 completely. Cons: room only had three sockets, for TV, refrigerator and lamp, you want to charge the phone, then cut off, and such a Breakfast 418 rubles is too cool, although the choice is in principle good.

A good example of old Soviet Union service.Small noisy rooms , breakfast with a really small assortment.Service and attitude on the low level...but OK for a night or two if you spending day in the city.
