It is old style (soviet times) municipality hotel. It is not bad but with specific understanding of service, furnishing and feeding. If You want to understand how it was in Soviet Union (in positive sense) - it is good place to stay. Prices are VERY acceptable.

nice hotel for a relatively cheap price in the heart of Ufa. I spent the night in 1800, even though prices start from 3600

Lived in April 2015 in a single standard. Nice room, great bed and pillow. The room has a Minibar (2 beer, 2 b water, juice, peanut), included in the room rate, which is very convenient for late arrivals. Breakfast is also included in the room rate. Prices and room photos on the website correspond to reality. The hotel has a private Parking for cars (180R/day). Nearby are McDonald's and KFC, Donut, 2 mini-market. Soundproofing in a room, conversations in the corridor is heard well.

The newest thing there is the lift. Dedicated to be a hotel building but required to be renovated: low light at a bath, no conditioneer, dirty spots on the floor and so on. Hotel's stuff sleeps during the night right at lobby lol But the location is perfect
