Great place
An excellent hotel for business trips. Large and cozy room has everything to use the room as an office (comfortable Desk, light, good Internet (it will need to ask at the reception)). There are meeting rooms and a library. Four because of the modest Breakfast and a La carte in the lobby bar.
Chose this hotel (I lived with 20/12/2016 for 30/12/2016). Built this year under the summit. Everything is just new. Great bar on the ground floor. The service is above all praise. Room rates include Breakfast from 06:00 until 10:00. Poor water pressure in the shower.
First impression - a high level of service. And then there were amendments. Check in was painless, as the booking has been agreed beforehand. Single room: spacious, bright, with everything you need. The staff is polite and courteous. But the cleaning of the rooms worked not as smooth as expected. For the week find a strange smell of sewage, unmade bed, used dirty towels. After airing and cleaning in the room decided that this misunderstanding won't happen again, and thank God it happened. In the price included Breakfast. That's it, he especially liked. Furnished, range, freshness, menu, neatness, promptness of the staff - it was great! The overall impression is good. When will come to Ufa may again choose Hampton by Hilton

Went very with a good attitude,which did not materialize, unfortunately. The hotel staff did not differ with attention and politeness. Morning not one staff member did not greet. We were 3 people,2 of us left our personal belongings,and important. Not a single member of staff bothered to call and report the finds,and all things were at the reception. After was caused by the courier,to pick up things,it turned out that the hotel staff gave the item to another courier,by mistake. On the phone,not any clear explanations followed. Return items took about two weeks. The rooms are great,the staff is completely unsatisfactory.
The hotel is built in 2015. Here is a good service and fresh rooms. Breakfast enough variety in the buffet. The staff is responsive. From this location you can reach any part of the city by taxi or public transport.
Booked my mother a room in this hotel. Loved her. Says the guys are very helpful and polite at the reception were. Keep it up! Sam also plan to stay there when in Ufa there will arrive the next time.

Everything ok here so far. It's a Hilton. The staff at the reception speaks also english. Parking spots for cars are also available. The breakfast is ok. Generally i like the Garden Inn more here in Ufa. But for a short visit it's also ok here at the Hampton.
