The hotel is very convenient in terms of location from the airport. The room is warm, cozy and comfortable. Cleaning and change of towels is carried out daily, linen change - 1 time per two days.A large bed with hard mattress, comfortable pillows and crisp white linen. Friendly and helpful staff. With the upper floors offer a wonderful view of the city.

The location is not bad, within walking distance of the Church of the Intercession of the Mother of God and St. Sergius Cathedral, the Friendship Monument, the embankment of the Belaya River. Around the private sector. The roads are not very good, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the public transport stop, so it is more convenient to get there by taxi or your own car (since there is parking).
The interior of the hotel is calm, elegant, in beige and brown colors.
4 floors, there is an elevator. The lobby has showcases with souvenirs, a photo gallery of famous guests, paintings. I took an attic room, clean, comfortable. There is an air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, ample storage space and hangers. There are 6 sockets in the room, 2 of them are bedside (plus a separate one in the bathroom), i.e. convenient to charge gadgets.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, shower cubicle, towels, gel shampoo, hairdryer, hygienic shower.
There is a mini-bar with drinks and snacks (no alcohol). Breakfast is served in a pretty cafe on the basement floor with pictures of old Ufa on the walls. The menu includes porridge, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, pancakes, jam-honey-sour cream, fruits, tea-coffee, in general there is enough.
Guests can enjoy discounted access to the sauna on the basement floor. Also clean and comfortable.
The hotel staff, cafes, saunas, maids, all are polite, helpful.
No flaws were found. The only thing is that there is not one large mattress on a double bed, but 2 separate ones, not very comfortable.
