We traveled on a business trip, booked two rooms, it didn't work next to it, but it was also comfortable on the same floor. The check-in time was late, it was accepted without any problems with the change of time. Also, we were kindly issued an extension of one room for another day. Due to minor flaws, the staff went to the meeting without involving the hotel administration. Breakfasts, service and location were pleasant. Overall a good hotel in the city center, satisfied.

The hotel is located almost in the very center of Ufa, has its own parking. Upon check-in, the staff went about their business on the phones and had to wait until they played enough. The room is comfortable, clean. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle and tea accessories, as well as drinking water in small bottles upon arrival. At our request, the cleaning lady responded very quickly and responsively, made an extra bed, quickly brought extra towels. The bed in the room is comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet. But we do not recommend having dinner at the hotel, very long service, everything is not tasty, partly the menu was in the stop. Prepared from frozen food and served as an ice dish. With all this, it is very expensive. The staff of the restaurant is rude to comments.

The price for a double room is overpriced. The bed in the room is a double of two mattresses with a topper. The mattresses are dispersed under the topper. Inconvenient. Air conditioning is just a problem. He's gone. There is a general air conditioning system, it is practically useless. It’s very noisy, it’s just a brain drain, and it blows the barely cool air, no matter how you set it up. Compared to the lobby, the room is hot.

Quite a comfortable option for living, many of the shortcomings of which are compensated for by a democratic price. Convenient location within walking distance from the city center, but at a fairly quiet street. Opposite there is a shop within walking distance. The room is spacious, cleanliness is maintained. Mattresses are very soft, if your companion or companion tosses and turns in a dream - you will also swing on the waves all night. The front door has too large a gap at the bottom, bright light from the corridor enters the room and interferes with sleep, you have to solve the problem with improvised means. The staff are discreetly helpful. When checking in for two, the room was equipped for one person, I had to ask for additions, at night a lot falls on the shoulders of one administrator, and therefore the execution of requests can be delayed. Breakfast is fairly standard in terms of main courses, but quite varied in desserts. Water pressure and temperature are good, but there are problems with the plumbing - the drain in our room did not work well. I didn’t like the fact that the caps can be freely removed in the bottles of water that come with the room. In general, for three stars, it's very good

A regular hotel. Settled a couple of times. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. A normal Breakfast for hotels of this level, and most importantly delicious.
