Resting on weekends. We would like to leave a review about the restaurant. We didn't expect this kind of service. We went to the restaurant around 21:00, there were no people, we made an order, it was brought to us after 1:30. And that's not all! We were visited by friends, 2 more families. At 21:45 they wanted to make another order, but we were refused, as the restaurant will close soon, but it is written that it is open until 23:00. We asked for poses. We were told that they would be ready in 40-50 minutes, we agreed. 1.5 hours passed, the children were waiting hungry, they went to find out when they would bring the poses ... And we were told that there would be no poses. Of course we were shocked. Prior to that, we ordered a roast, 3 servings were spread on 6 plates. There were 6 wedges of potatoes and 2 pieces of meat on the plate. So we haven’t rested and haven’t eaten yet. The cook himself took out the dishes and apologized, and in general he was drunk, as well as the administrator who ran around the restaurant with bulging eyes. Customer service is disgusting! We will never come to you in the Park Hotel Korona again. We have never experienced such service and deceit. We were not even warned that there were two hotels in the building! We do not recommend the Park Hotel Corona for recreation, and we will tell all our friends not to come to you. Let's go to your neighbors, we hope that they are better, we will check!
