Good hotel. True, in Grozny for the first time and did not stop anywhere else. Lived on the 3rd floor. The room is big. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. Separately, I note excellent wi-fi. There is no lift. Breakfast buffet.

Great location, the hotel is located on a busy road, but you can't really hear it, the location of the rooms is thought out.
The reception staff is open and responsible, ready to help you at any time.
On the floors of the water from the cooler, tea, coffee.
The rooms are clean, the bed neatly made, comfortable and good.
The breakfast is wonderful.
There are not many parking spaces, but there is an area where you can park your car nearby.
Nearby there are shops and pharmacies.
From the center (Putin Avenue), where you can taste food from the Chechen cuisine, 6 minutes drive.

Great place, well-groomed room, there are all the accessories (including removable slippers, etc.), reasonable price, only one small comment the window was dirty (maybe it was raining and did not have time to clean it), I hope next time it will be eliminated. In general, for that price, their service is at the highest level out of 5, you can safely put 5+.

The hotel itself is not bad, but we got a not very good room - small, without light in the bathroom, with a crooked mirror, while the other guys from our group had good rooms. There were also problems with hot water - it is unstable, one day it was generally black. The breakfast had delicious pancakes, but not enough :( and although it is indicated that breakfast ends at 10, in fact nothing will be cooked for you at 9:40, so you will have to eat water and sunlight.

I have never seen the worst number in my life, terrible mattresses, springs dig in, you roll down to one side and try to somehow find balance all night, the blanket is short, I had to hide by turning the blanket diagonally and this is with my height of 166cm, the hole in the shower at the bottom of the cabin is sealed electrical tape, there is no basic shower gel, only 2 towels for the face, I had to use them for the shower. On the floor in front of the shower, a dirty towel is turned upside down! There is no bedside table in the room, an old massive TV. There is no window in the room, instead a window in the shower.
My husband and I never complain, but this seems to be the worst room in the hotel, check all the details before check-in. Breakfast is normal.

Excellent value for money. Hotel 2 km. from the city center - 10 minutes by car. Fresh renovation, good furniture, decent dishes in the restaurant. Tasty breakfast. A little strange location of the toilet and shower - as a result, the window, the battery and the split were there) But this did not bother us. Our room did not have a fridge, but it was in the description, maybe others have. Water, tea, coffee are available free of charge in the recreation area around the clock. Polite staff. Anti-COVID measures are being followed.
