You can find a couple of little things to find fault with, but there is no such desire

I don't know why some commentators wrote about the service, we arrived at 2:00 PM, there were 2 girls at the reception, despite the fact that there were 2 more families waiting to check in, as a result, in 5 minutes we were already in the room

The cleanliness is perfect, personal hygiene items are fully equipped. I was especially pleased with the presence of a sewing kit and a shoe sponge, I have not seen anything like this in any other hotel

Stayed on September 30. Good hotel, large rooms and very professional and competent administrator! Responsiveness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. If I'm in Grozny again, I'll definitely come here!

Excellent hotel, the staff is responsive, friendly. The room is clean, the whole set (shampoos, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water). The breakfast is hearty, good type of buffet

Good hotel , beautiful room , comfortable bed , breakfast included ) The kitchen is on top . I had breakfast as if I were visiting Grandma. Restaurant with big screen and projector. The food is delicious.

Luckily one of the staff spoke good  English (which is rare in Chechnya), and he was kind enough to arrange for alternative accommodation in a similar hotel (not as centrally located)

It is centrally located, everything is a short walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. It proudly displayed 2024 award for best guest services

It occuoies the 3rd and 4th floor in a commercial building on a Main Street, so it may be a bit noisy for some guests. Unfortunately p, the elevator was not working, which was a problem for 80+ year old man

Because the stay was already paid for, he took care of payment to the other hotel. Highly recommended (if you don’t mind climbing stairs, unless they fix the elevator)

We checked in late in the evening, we wanted to have dinner at a restaurant, etc. , so the owner of the hotel advised us one place, drove us himself and brought us back. We talked like we were old friends

Wonderful hotel! Everything is new, clean, modern! Located in the center of Grozny! All local attractions within 5 minutes walk! Convenient parking! Delicious cheesecakes for breakfast! If you just need to spend the night, this is the place! But, keep in mind that the amenities are spartan! The mattress on the bed is not for the "princess and the pea" - the springs crumpled everything, right down to the heels)) But, the hospitality of the Chechens is beyond praise! The hotel is clean in the room. The Wi-Fi password was not in the room, I didn’t find it, maybe I didn’t ask, I didn’t need it. I checked in early in the morning at 6 am and left the next day at 9
