I don't know why some commentators wrote about the service, we arrived at 2:00 PM, there were 2 girls at the reception, despite the fact that there were 2 more families waiting to check in, as a result, in 5 minutes we were already in the room
The cleanliness is perfect, personal hygiene items are fully equipped. I was especially pleased with the presence of a sewing kit and a shoe sponge, I have not seen anything like this in any other hotel
It was very nice to receive congratulations from the hotel on my birthday: a bunch of balloons, a couple of wonderful desserts and a card with wishes written by hand were waiting in the room

I knew that there are not many hotel serve breakfast to their guests in Chechnya. The food quality is not bad but compare to hotels in Moscow, they don't have enough fresh food such as salads with vegetables, and fruits
There are wide parking place but little parking spots. The gate is managed a remote locking system with the intercom. In the bathroom, there was a bathtub. This hotel didn't do registration for foreign guests
Location is far from city center. But it was peaceful. There is a lake just before the hotel building.
Many time we need to call taxi but we don't have local taxi app, the staffs who walked at the reception desk arranged transportation such as taxi, shuttle bus etc. The food(breakfast) was pretty normal
