I want to share my impressions of staying at the PapaYa recreation center with our family. There are a lot of reviews on the net, as well as photos. We really enjoyed. Very cozy, green area, many different flowers, shrubs and trees. There is a small fountain in the center. Cozy houses, everything functions, works, everywhere you can feel the care and love of the owners. I liked the reminders that water...

Beautiful territory, many flowers, tall trees that create shade and comfort, private beach, sunbeds. Playground, swings, slides, etc. There is a barbecue area for 200r.

There is not enough parking space for all guests. The territory and landscaping look beautiful and well-groomed. The rooms are so-so, the bathroom is tired, our room smelled of sewage, relatively clean. You can't cook by yourself. Food in the dining room, you can eat, but there is a place nearby where it is tastier and cheaper. There is a beach, declared as own, no different from the rest of the beach...

A small, but cozy area with direct access to the seashore. There is a private courtyard for parking cars, fenced, has a lockable entrance gate. The rooms are compact, not replete with chic, at the same time, quite neat, the bathrooms are separate. The room has everything you need, split-system, refrigerator, TV. The patio is well arranged, which goes directly to the beach, where umbrellas are equipped...

Sea in two steps, the beach is sandy, the sea clean. However, after a strong wave causes algae, but the staff quickly cleans.

Great location, close to the sea and the park, very polite and friendly staff, you can order dinner for a very good price, tasty and satisfying, we were at work, satisfied with the service, the rooms are average, nothing special, but the service is excellent and it overlaps

We rested in September 2021, took a comfort room + with meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 10 days. All liked it!!!! And the number and territory of the base and location, and of course the price !!!!! 👌😁 (then we continued our vacation in Yalta, where 5 days cost us much more 🙊)

The place is excellent in terms of location. Sea within walking distance, park, shops, market. The territory is clean, the staff is generally good, but there are exceptions. We took a budget housing option - in the room (?) a refrigerator, a fan, a wardrobe, a table, chairs, beds. Facilities at the end of the corridor (bathroom, sinks and showers), insects are frequent guests in the rooms, so ants...

The cottage is cozy, small prices, nice owners. Minus: the whole traffic flow of the crossing goes past the camp site. With the construction of the bridge of course things will change.

My husband and I rested at the Calypso hotel in July. We rested first in a 2-bed room (with a balcony), and then in a 3-bed room. I liked everything very much. The rooms themselves are comfortable. On the territory there are still local animals 8 cats and one dog Sarah. Walk 2 minutes from the room to the beach. There is a cafe (breakfast included).

We rested in Calypso in August - suite C. The rest was wonderful. I'll be back with pleasure. I will write the pros and cons that I noted for myself, and which the administration should think about. Pros: great location, beautiful area, always clean. Responsive staff, all tuned in for vacationers. Minor problems were fixed very quickly. Near the beach, just a few dozen steps. The room is as cozy, quiet...

We had a rest last year in September, we liked everything very much. The base is located right on the embankment, which can be considered just a giant plus, because the beach starts right outside the gate and in a couple of minutes you can walk to the main entertainment. A beautiful closed area, but small, there is no separate children's corner or playground. There is a large gazebo for barbecue, almost...

August 2019. There is no housekeeping in principle, breakfast leaves a double impression, the chef is constantly not sober, cooks delicious, but often forgets which order he took, the so-called children's area, it's just a big sandbox, has its own beach, sun loungers, mattresses on them, a canopy everything is from the sun. In summary: a very average place to stay, there are both pros and cons.

My family and I enjoyed it very much. Vacationing with a small child. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. The price includes a delicious breakfast. The beach is right in front, very close. There are sunbeds available free of charge for residents. There is a really nudist beach nearby, but we were not particularly embarrassed. Overall a great place, we will definitely come again.

All very good, don't believe the bad reviews people who compare holidays abroad with ours, otherwise we all, but the service is lame but I think will work out, Moscow was not built, and you want that in two years, the resorts of the devastation has risen, people are all friendly and polite as the staff and the population. Go to Koktebel, you will not regret.

Was last year the end of June. Loved it. Lived in building 1, no meals. Did not like the schedule of the pool-not worked. There were very few people - but this is the first summer of the Russian Crimea, then people will be more.
