I dined nearby in Arcadia for the same money, but the choice was at my discretion + children's menu. And the service in a restaurant in Arcadia is one level higher. The stay at the hotel is perfectly organized

The balcony was equipped with a net, the shopping mall was with the baby. The guy on the beach is always there, organizing a children's pool, sun lounger, inflating a circle, etc

Breakfasts are acceptable, without frills and fruit. For me, the prices in the restaurant are too high, but the food is delicious. I have never ordered a complex for lunch, so I can't say anything

At first I confused the pier, but now I always want a pier and such a clear sea. I express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially the girls administrators, as well as Angela and Polina

Nice hotel, rooms are large, comfortable, clean. The staff are very helpful. The "kitchen" is simple but tasty. I do not recommend vacation in the village "Utes" for single travelers.

We rested with our son 3 years. I rest in Evpatoria and miss the Cliff. After all, this is small Italy. The room was overlooking the sea. I have never lived so close to water

The beach is not crowded and quite wide - there is enough space for everyone. Merchants do not run back and forth and offer nothing, no one invites anywhere - which is very pleasing, you can just relax

The sea is very clean and transparent, the beach is sandy with shells. Cape Donuzlav is 5 km away - you can walk right along the beach - for lovers of beach walks

But the beach and the sea are wonderful. Sand, shallow sea, long coastline - there is always a place to be

We came to rest in our car, so we spent almost all our evenings in Evpatoria. We walked like that - through Popovka to Mirny and back. We were satisfied with the rest. A good place for a family vacation with children

There is a place for barbecue with barbecue and skewers. We were a family of 5 - 3 adults and 2 children. We lived in a 5-bed room with a kitchen. Very spacious rooms with everything you need to cook your own meals

Everything is clean, I didn't like the bathroom, everything is very old, but it works! Very friendly people in the staff. There is an observation deck on the roof of the 4th floor. 👌 Very far from the central beach

I liked it very much. From the observation deck, a view of the fortress and the sea🤗 in one of the rooms the TV did not work, but this was not what we were going for. Everything suited us!

July 2021 We learned about the Park Avenue train station from friends who were passing through here and recommended this place. This is a mini-hotel for forty rooms built in 2016

Good repair and modern equipment of the rooms. The location is great - near Miskhor Park. A five-minute walk from the sea (several beaches to choose from, you could always find a place)

Seagulls regularly came to visit. In the evening, no parties in the vicinity. Cleaning, change of linen and towels, renewal of hygiene products - regular, no complaints. The water was cold and hot all the time
