SOS!!! Reliable information from the lips of eyewitnesses. Working in a hotel "majestic", I want to bring to the attention of tourists the following information. Under the guise of expensive fine wines will be served cheap wine out of a Tetrapak, and instead of fresh juice, diluted with raw water from the tap of the drink of the 90-ies, "YUPI". Good advice: if You don't want to spoil your vacation, avoid the hotel "majestic" tenth road. And if someone decided to work in this hotel - I do not recommend a FRAUD !!! And if you don't believe me - check.

Since our holiday consisted of several parts, and the first part of the holiday was wonderful, then upon arrival in Majestic we were in anticipation of a good holiday. BUT:
For the amount of about 6 tr per day, we received: half of the sign does not burn at the entrance
1 - shabby junior suite, where apart from the window there are no more advantages
2- shabby wallpaper, greasy carpet, loudly working cistern at the toilet.
3- unkempt inside
The snack bar is not what was presented. Three plates of burnt breadcrumbs and cheap cookies ?! What is it ? Meals like in school canteens.
The park of the Crimea sanatorium is closed for reconstruction - they do not provide analogues, they do not inform about the closure (we walked with children in a wheelchair on foot along steep slopes, so that they would tell us there - we do not work)
The personnel in general are their own masters. Neighing, smoking around the corner at the door of the restaurant. There is a lack of a good manager and a fresh renovation. It can be seen that they squeeze all the resources from the interior and furniture to the last. Photos and advertising do their job in absentia, but with a real picture everything becomes.There is everything to make it better, but no one needs it (
I do not advise you to visit at least off-season, since it is windy and you will not walk for a very long time, but you will not stay in such a room for a long time.
Owners, pay attention to your team! Many good guys who want to work, send them to training, they are your face!
You already have a foundation (landscape, building, territory, area), finish it to the end with conscience, so that you will not be ashamed!
I didn't want to get involved with a refund and swearing. But for good it was necessary to leave immediately. Owner or manager, call me, I will explain to you what the consumer would like to see. There is no need to call from the reception. I'm not going to swear with anyone and I don't need to return anything. I just would like to make my own adjustments as a consumer of the service. The hotel is awful! There were only negative impressions! The price does not correspond to the quality. Lived in the room "Junior"!!!! What we got: 1. Panoramic Windows are filthy with bird droppings, so the curtains open it was impossible. 2. Wi-Fi in the room not working at all. 3. The water in the shower had to turn on 5 minutes before the shower to warm up. 4. The water from the sink faucet was flowing barely, therefore, had to wash in the shower. 5. Beach towels were so tatty and faded that they formed holes. Had to carry his own. 6. The safe was broken.
7. A snack bar by the pool is open during the most inconvenient hours. The wine poured into plastic cups the size of vodka is ridiculous already. 8. The staff seems polite, but knows nothing. 9. The location itself of the hotel is not very. The only plus is the view. 10. The biggest nightmare, which took them to the court: For family reasons I had to leave for 1.5 days sooner (cost is 12.300). Warned to leave in 24 hours, wrote a statement about the return of the money, promised to return, left. However, the money was never transferred back!!!!! Do not respond to letters, phone the administrator does not know, and who know never on the ground there!!!! So now using the court to resolve this issue. In this case, the court on the consumer side, of course. It is a pity spent time and effort.
The rest received no pleasure while staying in this hotel. So I do not advise to go there!!!

We arrived at the hotel on April 5, 2021. The first impression is normal. But having received the keys to the room, they realized that they were hit. The door to the room did not open or close, the bed was broken, there were no toiletries at all, bathrobes and slippers were missing. The reception desk answered that this service is not provided in standard rooms, even if I pay. The room was not cleaned for five days until I applied for a recession. Not changed towels, bed linen. That's horrible. There is one armchair for two in the room, there is no table. There is no hallway either, you go in and immediately go to bed. The pool is very small, about 4 people no more, the water does not change, it is cloudy, the changing room is joint for men and women, there are no lockers for things, only hooks, so you can change clothes only in the room. One calms down, the restaurant. The food is good, the waitress is attentive. Polite, always trying to please. The territory of the hotel is all filthy with cormorants, but the landscaping is beautiful. Prices for excursions are very high, wherever you want to go for less than 2000 thousand. It will not cost you per person. The overall impression is terrible, I do not recommend going here.

Please return the money for the cancellation on March 8. We are not responsible for the political situation in which our country finds itself. Reservations were canceled pursuant to the agreement.Mood and so spoiled!I hope a "bonus" from the hotel!!!

I have no idea where so many good reviews come from. For such a cost, it is a very weak level. Wi-Fi almost did not work, the pool was dirty, the food was like in a cheap holiday home, a "snack bar" made of the cheapest cookies, you can only get to your room through the rest (open the curtains, everyone can see you), the rooms themselves certainly look not so cost. Was in cheaper hotels, which were much better!
