Well-kept territory, rooms meet the stated standards, decent SPA. There is a poultry house on the territory - peacocks, guinea fowl. Nearby is the Anna Akhmatova Park and Chersonesos

There is a variety of food, so everyone can choose what they like. Check-in was quick, there were nice girls at the reception. The view from the window is magnificent!

Cons: - the entrance and passage to the hotel is difficult, it is located in the courtyard of 3 houses, there is really no parking (only 3 places); - breakfasts, lunches and dinners must be ordered, and if you order at the wrong time, then wait for the chef to be dissatisfied; - in the toilet rooms are cleaned badly (smell); - a bit far from the center; - the price for such a service is too high! Pros...

But one big downside is no parking! And it is located among residential buildings, where parking spaces belong to residents No one will let you through the barrier. I had to park my car 500 meters from the hotel

That is, in unprotected territory. Another thing I didn’t like was the terrible spiral staircase, on which it’s very, very inconvenient to go up or down

The sea is nearby, a gorgeous big sandy beach !!!! Near the market, shops, bus stop !!! It's just great here !!! Separate 5 points for landscape design !!!! Well done !!! Recommend!
